Do not spend your money
Do not spend your money. Waste of time. The order never arrived. Someone should shut this place down. Good reviews are fake.

Complete scam. Most other 5 star reviews are fake.
I’ll keep it civil so you know this is a legitimate review. This is a dishonest business with dishonest practices. Chinese drop shipping company, that pays for a business address here in the US (Delaware) that’s nothing more than a mailbox. Sells cheap, poor quality products for many times the price you can get it elsewhere. Incredibly consumer unfriendly return and cancellation policies (no cancellations or returns, once you get got, you’re stuck). Useless and fake customer service (Rose Mary is not a real person). Do not shop here.

Great products for having me time
Great products for having me time. I ordered 3 or 4 times for different products. It takes time to receive it but I had everything that I ordered. I paint and give as present to all of my friends. Crafty by numbers is my great hobby!

I bought a paint by numbers from crafty
I bought a paint by numbers. The tracking is so outdated. It does not give any city name it passes through. It says the company is in Delaware. So why does it show customs in tracking? Delivery was attempted 3 days in a row? Who is Apx mail? It took 3 days for a email reply in which they told me to contact the shipper.They are a horrible company.

Genuinely delighted
Genuinely delighted I read the reviews after ordering and was expecting the worst but the 4 I've received are really great quality. The lines and numbers are really clear, the fabric is durable, the brushes (both standard and the free pack you get when you order a certain number) are great and the paintings are quite large too. Each pack of paints came in a zip lock bag with a small pic of the painting, so you don't mix them up. Each also comes with some sticky numbers to stick over the generic paint codes and the lighter colours, which I always feel are not thick enough to cover the numbers, are really great quality.They took about 3 weeks to arrive, so keep that in mind. I will 100% buy more. NB, the free easel is not good quality and fell apart as I took it out of the packet. It's also nowhere near big enough to hold the painting, so I'm not really sure what it's use is. But hey, it was free.
