best by far
I have ordered from four paint by numbers companies and yours is the best. Paints are beautifully smooth and easy to apply. The numbers are easy to read. The finished projects are beautiful, colorful and I am proud to show them. I have ordered three custom canvases and impressed by how quickly they come and how true they are to the photos. Your product is the best.

The travel posters are beautiful
The travel posters are beautiful. I just wish there were some for England. There are many for Italy, a couple for France, but having other European countries would be nice.

Very Happy
Received my order fairly quickly, got held up once in Australia, but that is par for the course!! I was very happy with the quality & supplies and I am loving doing the painting. Would definitely recommend & will be back for more.

Hi Melanie, Thank you so much for your lovely review! We truly appreciate the recommendation and can’t wait to have you back for more! 🎨💛

Terrible Customer Service
Product is sufficient. Print is fine and all paint pots were received. That said, I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone. I can understand that things happen and shipping can become delayed at times. I noticed my item was sitting unmoved for a week. When I reached out to the merchant, I was initially told to wait. Followed up again after a few days and was told by "customer service" that the shipper would not be delivering to me and I could reach out to them (the shipper) and pick the item up myself. I have no idea how anyone thought this was an acceptable response. When I said this was not an option, the reply I received made it sound like I was unhelpful somehow and they would reship the item to me since I was "unable to retrieve it myself", not because they dropped the ball and their shipping company failed them. Absolutely abysmal customer service. Order took over a month to finally arrive.

Hi Amanda, We're truly sorry to hear about your experience, and we appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback. While we're glad to hear the product itself met your expectations, it's clear we fell short in providing the level of service you deserve—and for that, we sincerely apologize. Shipping delays and communication missteps are never acceptable, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to feel unsupported during the process. We’re actively reviewing this situation with our team and shipping partner to make sure this doesn’t happen again. Your feedback is being taken seriously, and we’re committed to improving. If there’s anything more we can do to make this right for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out. 💛

I felt a sense of achievement
I was going to buy some travel posters but then saw these kits and thought I’d give it a try. It took a while to arrive but once it arrived I got started and found it really therapeutic. I was really pleased with the end result and have now framed it and purchased a second kit which arrived very quickly.

Hi Donna, 🏞️ Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re thrilled to hear that you gave our kit a try and found it both therapeutic and rewarding. There’s nothing quite like the sense of achievement from completing a painting—and framing it makes it even more special! 😊 We’re glad your second kit arrived quickly, and we can’t wait for you to enjoy it just as much. Happy painting! 🎨🖼️

Lovely designs and great customer service
We’ve had great fun with our paint by numbers kit - the design is stunning and the instructions are easy to follow. We had a paint pot leak and Rose from customer service helped us out with a replacement really quickly and efficiently. We’ll definitely order another kit - thank you so much!

Terrible after sales service & checkout process NOT Transparent
Be aware - after sales service shockingly disappointing - very poor transparency when ordering the ‘buy 2 get 1 free’ I never received my 3rd despite several emails back and forth - I will look elsewhere to purchase for a girls weekend - however the item needed for Mother’s Day has not arrived despite me paying for two. Unfortunate as the paintings were nice.

Hi Melissa, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I’m truly sorry to hear that your order did not meet your expectations, especially when it was meant for a special occasion. I completely understand your disappointment. For our 'Buy 2 Get 1 Free' promotion, customers do need to add three paintings to their cart for the offer to apply automatically — but I realize this may not have been as clear as it should be, and for that, I sincerely apologize. We appreciate your feedback and your kind words about the quality of the paintings. We would love the chance to make it up to you with a special discount or another gesture of goodwill. Please reach out to us at [email protected], and we’ll do everything we can to assist you. Thank you again for helping us grow and improve.
