When I first purchased a queen set from cozy earth I thought they were very comfortable. However, after a few washes, I began to notice holes in the fitted sheet. Per the company warranty policy, I filed a claim. When I received the replacement sheet that was supposed to be in the same color, it did not match the original set. The response from Cozy Earth’s customer service team was that it was of a different dye lot. After numerous emails, the only solution offered to me was a 10% discount on a a future purchase.

Signed up for coupon ($50 off). Ordered PJs (“there are only 9 left”), then two days later get a cancellation. Refund excluded shipping (why charge me for shipping if you have nothing in stock to send me?!?). Had to email back and forth. Asked if the coupon would still work on a replacement order. Nope. But, if I emailed they promised to apply the coupon. At this point, I was back with cool jams. Now I’m still getting emails that my order is being processed (it is not - order link takes me to cancellation). So, operations + inventory are a mess at this place.

It’s not a risk free purchase cause you pay $12 for a return, they sent the wrong label to return and claim it never arrived and even acknowledge they messed up but offered no recourse after 4 emails of incorrect info. I had to contest the charge because they’re so incompetent you can’t even get a straight answer. Avoid at all costs UPDATE 8/4/26- JK on the team and I spoke and he made things right. I love the fabric of cozy earth but they need to do so much better with customer service and escalating issues. All I ever wanted was the pants I paid for and given the issue was on their end I’m truly shocked how they handled it but grateful JK made things much better.

I I have been a Cozy Earth customer for over a year and have become a loyal customer because I love their products, from the bedding and pajamas to the clothing, robes, and socks. Recently, I contacted customer service because I believed items were missing from my order. They responded immediately, explained that the order had been split into multiple shipments, and quickly resolved my concern. The combination of exceptional products and outstanding customer service keeps me coming back.

The Cozy Earth brand is my go to for comfort and stylish clothing. The loungewear is soft, and washes beautifully. I know when I order from Cozy Earth I am guaranteed quality and a customer service experience that is tailored to my needs. I have not ordered their bedding, yet, I am sure the quality is outstanding. I had a question about my order and the Cozy Earth representative was prompt and knowledgeable with a response that satisfied my immediate request. Craftsmanship and quality are important these days and Cozy Earth has the goods!

I have been a Cozy Earth customer for many years. When I ordered my very first pair of pajamas I did so with the thought that there was no way pajamas could be as amazing as people claimed these were. I was totally wrong. From the first time I tried them on I was a believer. I honestly threw away every other pair of pajamas I owned. I watched for coupons and slowly filled up my drawer with only these. I was skeptical about the 10 year warranty that comes with them, until I needed to use it. A couple years ago I noticed a small hole in the sleeve of one of my tops. I remembered the warranty and decided to reach out. I was asked to send a picture of the hole and a picture of the tag of my pajamas which I did. My concern was addressed quickly and kindly. My new replacement top came within a few days. If I wasn't a fan of this company before that experience sealed the deal for me. Sure the pajamas might be a little more expensive than something I could buy in a store but I promise you a store wasn't replacing something that I had lovingly used for 2 years. We are blessed to have frequent sleepovers with several of our grandbabies and each one of them loves to snuggle with me in my "cozy" pajamas. My oldest granddaughter has been waiting for years to be big enough to have her own "cozy" jams. This last Christmas she was finally big enough to surprise her with a pair. She was so excited when she opened them. She put them on immediately and couldn't stop talking about them. I was visiting her the other day and noticed that she had a small hole in her pants. She was devastated about it. I took a picture of the hole and of the tag and reached out to the company. Just like the other time the support I received was amazing. Hannah responded quickly and told me that my claim was being handled and that a replacement was being sent right away. Maybe one time of good customer service was a lucky fluke but twice, this is just great customer service. I can't wait to hand my granddaughter her new pair of bottoms. I'm sure there will be lots of excitement! Not only did this recent experience convince me further that these are the only pajamas for me, I know that my granddaughter will be a customer for life as well. My almost 8 year old can't wait until she is big enough for her first pair. Thank you Cozy Earth!

Update - the team reaponded and made it right. Will keep our business and I am making another order now. Folks shopping for deals need to keep the return window in mind. I dont like waiting for the last minute to purchase presents, and if you are the same keep this in mind. November shopping and Black Friday deals may run out of return window if not careful. Original Review - Return window is too short. Bought PJs as a birthday gift and needed to exchange for different size. Missed the window by a week and was politely told tough luck. For unused product at the price point, this is too restrictive and will lose our business going forward. Customer service response times are really long for what they market as a premium brand offering.

I reached out to Cozy earth as a new mom who made a mistake on my order 5 days postpartum but didn’t realize this until much later. Customer service was very quick to respond with such a kind and thorough response and even though I was out of their window for return/exchange they worked with me to find a solution. I am so grateful they took the time and treated me like a human. 10/10 customer service. Also I absolutely love their sheets, they’re very soft and luxurious and also easy to clean especially as a mom with a newborn baby in bed, no stains so far have stayed on the sheets! I can’t wait to order more products from them, I’ve been eying their blankets. Would highly recommend!!
