Cozy EarthReviews of cozyearth.com

I highly recommend these sheets! They are the most comfortable sheets I have ever had. Ordered a full king size set in January and have been more than happy with them. They sleep very cool. Fit our Tempurpedic king perfectly. Ordered another set last month. The flat sheet had a small rip on one of the seams. Emailed Tyler and he got right back to me and sent a new one out right away at no shipping charge or cost to me. Highly recommend! We used them directly through their website and not any 3rd party. TBH, very surprised at the lower rating. Thanks! Chris D.

I purchased a twin/twin xl fitted bamboo viscose sheet. It does NOT fit my twin xl bed. Beware

$360 sheets starting pilling almost immediately. I filed a warranty claim, through a half a dozen messages and a half a dozen required photos of the pilling (on every single pillow case and sheet!) they finally agreed to a warranty replacement. I asked, can they guarantee this will not happen again? No they cannot. And no they will not give a refund because at this point it's been 140 days since I placed the original order. Quince and Amazon bamboo sheets held up way better.

Wish it could be zero. Original shipment never arrived, so we got a reshipment where we enjoyed the products for a month, after which they began pilling horribly. We reached out to use the supposed 10 yr warranty specifically for pilling, but they refused to honor it because it was a “reshipment” of something we never received. Bad experience, horrid communication, but great for if you want to waste a lot of money.👎

I purchased my Cozy Earth bedding about 4½ years ago after first trying their pajamas, which I also love. The sheets are incredibly soft and comfortable. A few months ago, my fitted sheet developed a tear. I contacted Cozy Earth’s customer service, and they responded promptly, requested a few photos to verify my warranty claim, and sent me a replacement within a few days. I really appreciate that they honored their 10-year warranty without any hassle. It’s refreshing to find a company that stands behind its products. Excellent customer service, quick email responses, and a great overall experience. I’ll definitely be purchasing from them again.

I ordered a 600 dollar bamboo sheets bundle and when it was delivered i was excited and needless to say that was short lived due there being a giant disgusting roach inside the package which I contacted cozyearth support and they told me i can place it in a garbage bag and discard it and i did the following and next thing you know i get a text from them, stating they need me to resend it via mail for me to get a replacement product or refund, after explaining to them thats what the agent told me to do, they refused to provide a refund or resend the product.

Terrible customer service. If I could have given them zero stars I would have. Do not trust the warranty. I ordered two items that did not hold up after only about only 2 light wears. Each items looked very worn with pilling. I tried to reach out multiple times with no response. Finally had to call and was informed my only option was to have the poorly made items replaced vs receiving a refund. I then had to send several photos of the poor quality to be told one of the items wouldn't be replaced as it was out of stock. After this I will never want to order from Cozy Earth again.

I initially loved these products when I initially purchased my first sheet set about a year or so ago. I have to file a claim for the pillow cases due to a seam coming apart, and that was a very easy process. However, I purchased another sheet set and a bamboo comforter from a GMA steals and deals promo. They were half off, but even these products half off are extremely expensive ($150 for sheet set and around $200 for the comforter) and i have another seam open on the fitted sheet and the comforters stuffing is balling up. I sent the comforter to the dry cleaner per its cleaning instructions and I got it back all clumpy. I’m super disappointed. While everything is very soft, it’s not worth the money for its poor quality.
