Replaced sheets that had an issue, very simple

I have several sets of Cozy Earth sheets and pajamas. Recently one set began to pill, which surprised me because the quality is excellent. However, upon contacting customer service and sharing photos, they quickly rectified the issue and sent a new sheet.

I’ve been using the bamboo sheets for several years and they still feel as good as when new. The customer service team have all always been awesome. Knowledgeable and so easy to work with. These sheets are so worth the money to me and they come with a great warranty.

Quick and responsive. I had a hole in one of our pillows and they replaced it. Just had to send photos of the pillow. Very satisfied with the response time and delivery time of the new pillow.

I vostri capi sono stupendi, comodi e la fibra di bambù fantastica purtroppo però è già il secondo acquisto che non arriva a destinazione, sono due mesi e mezzo che ho fatto l ordine e non si sa che fine ha fatto il pacco. Lo so che non è colpa vostra ma dei corrieri che si occupano dell' importazione. Verrò come l altra volta rimborsata ma ci tenevo molto al mio acquisto. Preciso che acquisto dall' Italia

I have been hearing about cozy earth since Oprah put it on her favorites list. I finally purchased complete bed sets for myself and my four adult children for Christmas this past year. What a disappointment these sheets were after several nights they began to pill. Everyone of my children said the same thing. I contacted the company and they sent me a new fitted sheet that did exactly the same thing. I don’t know what’s going on with this company, but they are resting on their laurels. I will never buy or recommend them again.
