I love love love these sheets. I’ve purchased 3 sets and I’ve gifted them to family who also love them. I had a warranty issue with a seam pulling apart and it was promptly replaced even though it was about 5 years old!!

Great customer service and warranty

Best customer service I have seen ever. Very responsive and held my hand through an exchange and made sure I was entirely satisfied. Very friendly and helpful throughout and always love their products. Happily including a lot of Cozy Earth in our wedding registry for this reason!
