I wish I had read the reviews before my purchase. I ordered shorts and pullover for my boyfriend for Christmas and received sheets. Now it’s too late to get what I have ordered. Terrible customer service. Never offered to overnight my items. They also expect me to go out of my way to return the sheets they sent by mistake. I can’t remember the last time I had such a bad service with online orders.

I placed an order 10 days ago and still have not received shipping confirmation. Emailing the company gets a generic, auto reply response. I will most likely never order from this company again regardless of the product quality ( if I ever get it).

Cozy Earth has extremely poor customer service. I placed an order on December 3 as a Christmas gift for my wife. I have tried several times to get a confirmation that the items would be shipped and received before Christmas. All I get is an automated email or text stating my order number and a link to my order on the website. I need to know if I will get my order before Christmas. If not, I want a refund so I can find something else for my wife.

I placed an order two weeks ago and I haven't received any status or shipping information. I called customer service and I was told that it was hoped that my order would be shipped sometime this week, and that I would receive an email after it has been shipped.

Almost 30 days since my order No status. Cozy earth says shipped. Post office states they are waiting for package from cozy earth. This is ridiculous. I cannot get a response from cozy earth. At this point my items should be free. ORDER #399627 | NOV 25, 2021

Joggers pill badly after 1 washing. Definitely not worth the money.

I ordered a gift for my brother for Christmas and have reached out to ask them if it will arrive before Christmas. I received a response but it did not answer my question. My brother has cancer and his skin is very sensitive and I very much want to receive them to give to him for Christmas. I'm hoping they give him some relief from non-stop itching. I really need to know if they will arrive in time and if they won't, I want to cancel the order. Order # is 435773. Thank you.

I love Cozy Earth! I have been shopping them for years and have everything from pajamas to sheets to duvets to baby blankets. My fiancé and I work from home and love to lounge around in our cozy earth pajamas. He's not even a pajama guy, but he's fallen in love with the brand and now has every color of loungewear. This is our go to brand for everything sleepwear and bedding because it really is so cozy <3
