Awful product, and awful customer service. These ‘luxury’ sheets started pilling significantly after three nights. I reached out to customer service and with apologies they said all products were covered under a 10 year warranty and I just needed to file a claim. The claim wasn’t working and when I relayed this to customer service, I was told that products from the warehouse sale weren’t under warranty. What? Why? This wasn’t printed/listed anywhere. Even printed on my receipt was their ‘10 year warranty’. They are scamming people. Knowingly selling defective and low quality products, and not honoring their warranty. They also don’t post any negative reviews on their site and only post 5 star reviews. When they receive a bad review/complaint, they try to put a bandaid on it by throwing the person one of their crappy t-shirts. There’s a reason t-shirts are given away for free at fairs, and events everywhere. They’re not really a prize. Save your money and buy from anyone else.

I ordered Cozy Earth's new mixed Linen/Bamboo sheet product. While they were quite cool as advertised, the sheets provide absolute discomfort. After having heard several advertisements about how comfortable these sheets are, I was surprised to find them the least comfortable sheets I had ever slept on. Imagine you have a beach cottage on a fine white sand beach. Now imagine that every time you visit the beach, house rules dictate that you never wash your feet before entering your home and getting into bed. Imagine what your sheets would feel like after living with such a silly house rule. That's what Cozy Earth Linen/Bamboo sheets feel like on your body. If you value comfort, stay away Cozy Earth's Linen/Bamboo sheets. The company should cut its losses and kill this product, unless they want to get into the exfoliate-while-you-sleep business. Maybe their original bamboo-only product lives up to expectations, but this one certainly does not. Working with customer support was painless and the order was fully refunded. For that, I give the company two stars. Updated: Cozy Earth replied below offering a discount. Thank you for that, I think it shows that you care about the customer experience. Although I'm not compelled to take a discount, as my first experience was not good, and I don't relish visits to the US Post Office for returns, or Kinkos to print return labels. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! Sheets are great and the comforter is nice, but.... I have never received a comforter that was so excessively wrinkled. I complained and they sent me a new comforter after 6 weeks and this one was even worse. Dealing with customer service was an absolute nightmare. At first they were responsive then completely ghosted me. Sent multiple emails. I called and not one person ever picked up the phone. I then waited over 2 hours to get a chat rep to text with me and she told me to purchase another comforter since my exchange could not be found. I was then ultimately charged for 2 comforters ( $1000!!!!!) because they have no idea what they are doing. So now I am sending back yet another comforter. I will not buy anything from them again fearful that I will have to deal with customer service. Order # 709242. Thanks Spencer

This company is a scam. Lies and misinformation. No package has ever arrived to my friend as ordered, and it was ordered twice. Beware consumer!

The sheets are great but the customer service is concerning. I ordered the sheet set and loved it but after a few weeks it started to pill pretty significantly. Since I had spent a certain amount of money, I was given access to a “vip support” email alias. I emailed the vip support about the pilling and didn’t hear back for days. So much for VIP support? So I eventually tried the regular support email alias and then sent me the link to file a warranty claim. I submitted that claim over a month ago and have yet to hear anything back or receive new sheets. A few days ago I emailed to follow up on that claim and still have not heard back. The sheets seem good but they need to step up their customer support especially since they advertise the 10 year warranty so much.

At first I loved their sheets. I bought many sheet sets, comforters, mattress covers, etc. Now however, all of the seams are coming apart. Even the sheets I’ve used only a few times. The comforters have clumps in the filling if you get them cleaned. Everything is SO overpriced and the quality is horrible. I have accumulated so many points and they are valueless. This company is a joke.

I absolutely LOVE cozy earth! I’ve been building my collection of cozy earth items for a while now, I can’t get enough. I literally want to throw away my whole wardrobe of cotton and only wear cozy earth. I’m working towards it, started with the duvet and never experienced anything as luxurious like it, so next the bedding, then joggers, then pj’s, then clothes for the family, and now the bath items. It’s all literally the softest fabric to die for, it’s body temp regulating (I am hot blooded and live in a hot area), and the bedding gets softer even after washing! The highest quality of bamboo products on the market, I can’t suggest cozy earth enough, I’m a loyal customer for life. Whoever’s reading, life’s too short to wear cotton, yes even organic cotton… and only bamboo from cozy earth of course. I’m so excited they keep releasing new products as well that are just as classy and beautiful as they are comfortable! Just ordered the new arrivals! Thank you cozy earth for existing, I’m so glad I found you in Google. Also, not sure about all the comments below about terrible customer service as I’ve always had wonderful customer service.
