I placed two orders for a set of hand towels. One set was fine, but one of the hand towels had pulled a pulled thread. I have never bought towels with a pulled thread. That looks terrible. Returned the item and received another set with a pulled thread. Went through the same process again, and again I received a towel with a pulled thread. I give up. I can get a credit, but I would not want anything else from this company. ***Update-Cozy Earth saw my review and they have refunded my money and provided me with a free T-Shirt! I appreciate customer service like this. They are diligently working on the Quality issues and their goal is to provide customers with Quality assistance.

I echo the comments below. I ordered sheets weeks ago and still no shipping. I have been in contact with the company for the past two weeks and they have not addressed the fact that I was FULLY charged weeks ago and have yet to receive shipping information. Apparently, the product I ordered is actually out of stock! This company is a scam. And if not a full scam, completely disorganized and mis-managed. Ridiculous. I want my money back.

The order process and delivery was fine. Quality of my sheets was great. Overall though I think they are overpriced. You pay for the Oprah hype.

I had a problem with Cozy Earth initially on my order. They told me my order would ship and 2 days later it still had not shipped. I called them and got little help until I posted a negative review. I was then contacted by Cozy Earth and they immediately resolved my issue in a very fair way and apologized that this situation had occurred. We received the product and my wife loves it. Any company can make a mistake but it is how they handle it that counts, and in the end, they did the right thing and made me a happy customer. Thank you Cozy Earth !!!!

Man, my blood is boiling after realizing this - Cozy Earth takes poor reviews down off their site. The towels I ordered were just OK (not worth the price), but the buying process was awful from the start. Towels are thinner than they appear, with a few loose strings here and there. Nothing catastrophic, but certainly not worth the price. Again, customer service is a NIGHTMARE, stay away.

I wish I had read REAL reviews about their customer service!! I ordered sheets March 10th. I never received any information about when they might ship. As other customers have noted,I only got automatic replies! So...today I canceled my order on line and ordered sheets from a different company. After waiting for a month and canceling my order and never receiving information I received an email today (a few hours after canceling the order) that my sheets have shipped!! What kind of BS is this??

My first purchase from cozy earth was a jogger set, it was so comfortable I bought two more and a set of sheets. The second order was placed around a holiday and there was a delay, but from my perspective the products were worth the wait. After a few months the flat sheet began to pill, I contacted customer service via email and the sheet set was replaced. I have had such a great experience, including with customer service, that I ordered more sheets as well mattress pads. Other reviewers are correct, when Oprah released her list of favorites there was definitely a backlog, a similar backlog happens during the holidays. Generally, my experience has been great, quality products and customer service to match.

The bed sheets are great but don’t waste your money on the overpriced clothes that only someone like Oprah could wouldn’t mind wasting her money on. It is poorly made with plastic in the hemstitching. Some plastic pieces would stick out and rub on my skin. Why sell alternative and natural clothing when it is also made with plastic? Also if you are skinny and like high waist pants then you won’t mind their pj’s but I can’t imagine that being the majority of our population. I think most people would like to be comfortable when they sleep. The elastic used for the pj pants are too tight. Same goes for their shorts. Lastly, I see it has been mentioned already but be prepared to wait quite a bit for it to be delivered to your house.
