I placed an order and never received it, tracking said it was “”delayed in transit” called customer service and was taken care of right away. Emails back and forth right away and resolution!! Top Notch customer service!

I had an issue with one of my pillow cases. They were quick and efficient, approved my claim and are replacing the pillow case. I like working with Cozy Earth. Lovely merchandise

I have had a couple of exchanges because of trying a new fabric. It was not working for me and Cozy Earth helped me,find what works best for me. Any other company would not have accommodated me to the length I needed to make it perfect for my body

Very helpful and quick with a warranty claim. I love Cozy Earth products and if something isn’t right, they correct it immediately.

I love the fabric: soft, muted colors, comfortable. But in my opinion the sizes run just a bit small. So unfortunately I have had to make exchanges. And that’s where the two stars come in. Great product but terrible return process. I dropped a dress at Kohls to be returned and exchanged. That was 18 days ago or 14 business days. Nothing. They are still processing the return. That’s unacceptable in my opinion.

Discovered a seam coming open on a pillow case purchased in 3 months ago. Contacted Cozy Earth and provided photos. They responded promptly and after a few questions they were sending me a new set. Very friendly! Great service!

Excellent customer service as I had an issue with my sheets. They were very responsive and took care of my problem. Love the sheets will definitely be ordering from them again and highly recommend this company!!
