Never received order. They had me wait several days and insisted that one of my neighbors must have my package. Paid extra for shipping protection, but they will only send nonrefundable and nonreturnable item. So now if i do not like it, I cannot send it back. Very unclear if this is even legal but certainly not good business practice when they should be able to recover the cost of the lost item from the deliverer.

I purchased the waffle lounge set and I love them. They are so comfortable and I can wear them outside or do errands in them if I want to,

Incredible customer service. Ordered the sheets first, loved them but noticed piling after a couple washes. Sent in pictures and the product was replaced immediately. Replacement set has been perfect. Ordered the duvet...you ready need both for the full experience. PS: why don't you have red Christmas sheets.

The delivery was swift. I love my pajamas!! I had a summer version set for a couple of years and the long pants set doesn’t disappoint either! Great fit! The separate size selection option for the pieces worked great for me. Top medium and bottoms large. Perfection in my world.

Trying to buy something, I’m a first time customer and your ads states 35% of all apparel. I put 2 items in my cart ( full price ) and the discount does not apply. After 6 text’s with a customer rep and back and forth the company will not honor its advertisement. Too many companies to buy from. Not worth the hassle.

I absolutely love Cozy Earth. I love the products and have never had an issue returning or dealing with customer service. I have short and long pajama sets, ribbed loungewear, bamboo loungewear, sheet sets, bamboo duvet, plush socks and the hair scrunchies are the best ever!!! A set of sheets stained once and were replaced with no issues. Socks and scrunchies are great gift ideas also!
