The first time I purchased the sheets I was absolutely hooked. They kept my temperature steady, not too hot or cold. The pajamas are the same way. The quality is outstanding. Little by little I purchased other items and found my passion with these products! Anytime I had a concern or needed to exchange or return customer service was above the call of duty! You have a customer for life here!

I recently made a purchase that I requested be sent as a gift and completed a gift card along with my purchase. Upon completion of my purchase, I did not see any indication of that my purchase has been noted as a gift, so I immediately followed up with an email to the company as well as a live chat to cover my bases. I was assured by the customer service rep that the gift status and card were likely included and that I wouldn’t be able to see it until I received notification of shipment. The customer service rep was unwilling to take the extra step to go into my order and look to see if it was there. I told the rep that it was important to me that the gift not be sent with an invoice and that the gift card be received but this did not seem to matter to the rep. My item was of course shipped with the price and invoice and no gift card. I followed up with the company, and no amends were made.

Hi Leslie, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with your recent purchase. Your frustration is completely understandable, and we acknowledge that we fell short of meeting your expectations. We deeply regret the oversight in processing your request for a gift. We understand the importance of your specifications regarding the invoice and the inclusion of the gift card. It's disheartening to learn that your concerns were not addressed appropriately during the follow-up. One good thing is that our orders do not ship out with the prices included, the prices will only be shown to the email address that you had the confirmation email sent to. We take your feedback seriously, and we're committed to rectifying this situation. We will be reviewing our internal processes to prevent such issues in the future. We appreciate your understanding and the opportunity to make things right. If there's anything specific you would like us to do or if you have further details to share, please don't hesitate to let us know. You can email me at [email protected]

I did not have to personally deal with customer service but my package shipped out pretty quickly and came so elegantly packaged, it truly shows how much the company cares about their customers and products! As well, I absolutely love love LOVE my sheets. I have been looking forever for the perfect bamboo sheets and I finally found them. They are so nice and cozy. Definitely worth every single penny.

I LOVE their products! I have yet to be disappointed. We have Cozy Earth sheets on every bed, comforter cover and love the joggers & hoodies. The attention & care from this company has always been top notch!

Love my long sleeve pajamas. So soft and comfy. However, the pants are long. I'm 5'6" and the pants are about 1-2 inches too long. Sleeves on the top are also long and hit my knuckles. But I still love them.
