My girlfriend loved her PJ top but Cozy Earth didn’t ship the bottoms. I contacted customer support and they said they’ll be shipped separately but haven’t given me any specific info. I was still charged the full amount. I also wrote a nice note since it’s a gift, but that wasn’t included either. Pretty frustrating considering the price, hopefully it’s resolved soon.

Ordered towels last fall. After one washing faulty threads. Gave reason for return. Got a hand written letter from CEO offering me $75 gift single use with no minimum. No expiration. Nothing about a sale item. Went to use it on a sale item and would not take code. Rep took it to higher ups and nothing. Some “gift”. I’ve let people know and will continue to post about this CEO & company.

These are the softest and most comfortable pajamas ever! I bought the black. Love that I could order a longer inseam since I'm 5'10. Love these so much. Look forward to putting them on.

The products I've purchased are: the women's PJs, bed sheets set, crew tops and jogger pants. They were all so comfortable I ordered more of each for me, and gifted them to friends and family.
