I have been a long time customer of Cozy Earth. However, I will not deal with them again. They canceled my order today because they had inventory issues. I ordered items 3 weeks ago and they were Christmas gifts. I tried emailing, texting and phoning today. I wanted options to switch items or wait for inventory to be replaced. Some type of help? Not one person responded to my communications. I just got an other email that my order was canceled. Horrible customer service. You have lost an excellent customer.

Very disappointed with Cozy Earth. While placing an on-line order the price for the items changed and of course the price was always higher. Also misleading advertising for pj sets.

Save your money I ordered 3 pairs of pajamas for Christmas presents before thanksgiving and haven’t received them yet. On top of that they are now on sale. In addition to that they just notified me part of my order is out of stock. So I don’t have the order so I don’t know which pjs are not coming or when the other two pieces are coming. Terrible service.

They are extremely soft & comfortable. Just bought an outfit for my spouse

I love aspects of this store and dislike others. I just had a $900 order and my experience... Love: Some of the items are incredibly comfortable! Some also fit well. Sheets are sooo soft! We haven't tried them yet but really looking forward to it. Packaging looked nice on arrival. Dislike: 2 of the shirts fit very poorly, despite being my standard shirt size and despite other styles of shirt in this size from them fitting well. I went to return them, and for a $80 return I was charged a $10 handling fee. Really?? IMO shopping online should include a standard ability to return items for no charge. I will not be ordering anymore clothing from this store because of this.

I recently ordered two Brushed Bamboo Pullover Crew shirts, size XL and two Brushed Bamboo Ragland Tee Shirts, also in size XL. One Pullover Crew shirt and one Tee Shirt were discounted 35% on Black Friday and the other Pullover Crew Shirt and Tee Shirt were discounted 70% with the caption "We Made Too Much, Sale Final". When the products arrived the deeply discounted Pullover Crew shirt was significantly smaller (Each sleeve was 3" shorter) and the deeply discounted Tee Shirt was at least a size smaller. I called their Customer Service Department to request the shirts be exchanged for the proper size and was told "So I do apologize about the slight difference in sizing with those items. All our products are sized, but can vary slightly from top to top. You are a wonderful customer and we appreciate that, but I have to follow the "We made too much sale" Policy that those items are final sale". Terrible customer service and awful product quality control issues to have sizing be this different for identical products in different colors. I suspect they knew about the sizing issue and were offering the deep discount to clear out their inventory problems. I will never again purchase something from Cozy Earth and like other unsatisfied customers of theirs that wrote reviews on this website, I filed a claim with my Credit Card Company.

These are the best leggings. I wanted to have leggings that are both comfortable and fashionable. These are both. I love them and they will be my go to pants from now on.

I have purchased sheets, silk pillow cases, joggers, sweat pants, pajamas, and tops - and everything has fit like a charm, given exceptional comfort, and washed with ease. I have enjoyed virtually every product Cozy Earth offers, and I’m literally an avid fan, a happy customer, and a thankful patron. I genuinely appreciate the excellent quality and superb fit!
