I love all my cosy earth cloths. I have almost all the pj and joggers. Its is my favorite thing to wear. I have MS and clothes bother me but the bamboo doesn’t Awesome clothes

I received a set of pajamas for my birthday and wanted another. When I signed up for their distribution lists, it said I have earned $75 back if I spent $200. I bought two sets for over $300, expecting to have the $75 subtracted at checkout. It showed on the tally, but did not subtract it. I got the online help chat, who said "it will get sent to you". Of course, it never did. Useless. Great product, horrible and confusing offers. Don't go there.

Customer service is wonderful! Live humans pick up the phone and help you. My bamboo pajamas are so comfortable and dreamy and the bamboo sheets make me never want to leave bed!

I LOVE my Cozy Earth pajamas!! In fact, I now own 5 pairs!! They are so soft and comfy and keep me cool at night. My husband does NOT understand why I need “fancy” pajamas (he sleeps in the nude). Well, news flash! He’s not a woman!!

I’ve had nothing but grief. I ordered a bamboo pillow on Nov 24 that wasn’t moving. It took over 4 phone calls until someone looked into it and it finally shipped on Dec 5. I’ve not received it yet but fingers crossed I get it before Christmas I had erroneously ordered pillowcases instead of the pillow and when I reached out to customer service they finally got back to me after 4 attempts of getting a response. They told me they cancelled the order and that I would see a refund in 5-10 days. A week later I contacted them to check on the status only to be told the refund had never been processed due to a clitch. They then said had I not called they wouldn’t have known!! They issued a refund which I’ve yet to receive. It’s been 7 days! So their product may be great but their customer service is anything but. I’m very disappointed in the way my order and refund was handled. Their products are expensive to begin with and since I’m ordering from Canada, even with their sales they are expensive. Their excuse was it’s a busy time of year! You would think they would increase staff to meet the demands! I deserve better responses and results from this company. I won’t be ordering from them again!

Such amazing products. Their sheets completely change my sleeping experience. I've always bought good quality sheets but these sheets blow any other brand out of the water. Purely amazing.

AMAZINGGGGGG I have seen Cozy Earth pajamas on my Instagram for a long time but recently, I had gotten on their website and saw they had towels and sheets as well! I suffer from endometriosis and have been doing so much research on things that can be potential triggers for pain and how important it is to not only eat organic and clean things, but to also use organic fabrics like 100% cotton. When I saw that their towels and sheets were not only made out of good fabrics, but were reviewed very highly, I really wanted to try them. Although they are expensive, I bought the sheets and towels during Black Friday so they were almost 50% off so I got quite the steal and can I just say, they amazing!! So so soft and luxurious.

I placed my very first order with them over a week ago. They immediately charged my card. I was just advised the item sold out, they don't have any other options to ship and it will take 3-5 business days to refund back to my card. Hold times both on the phone and chat are over 15 minutes. Quite unfortunate for a first time experience and I will not be back to try again!!
