The products from Cozy Earth are very comfortable. I have been a regular customer, spending well over a thousand dollars over several years. This year, however, the advertised rate bait and switch is unethical. The prices listed (on numerous products, over numerous days) were low and attractive, but when I put them in my cart, the prices changed drastically upwards. I cleared the cache, logged in again - same issue. The concerns and examples I sent to customer service were completely disregarded and there has been no response in three weeks. It will be a long, hard decision for me to purchase from Cozy Earth again because of this. There are other organic similar products out there that will win my business next time - because of my ethical concerns.

Replying to Cozy Earth: 1) thanks for processing the exchange, but where’s the return shipping label? How do I return the items to you? 2) You say I should let you know what the issues/problems were. How? There’s no link or other way to reach you. I only see your post. This is the kind of thing I found so frustrating. No way to easily get a shipping/return label. No way to contact you. The product is very nice, but the return/exchange process is TERRIBLE . I only wanted to exchange two items for a different size and the company makes this difficult, confusing, and inconvenient. For this reason alone I probably won’t order again. Why go through such a headache for what other companies make simple and quick?

I finally found what I was looking for I have bought bed sheets set and bamboo shorts I am in love with it . I have owned at least 5 different brands of bed sheets but I can’t believe how great I feel with cozy earth.

Great product

I ordered some pajamas for my wife for Christmas. There was no indication anywhere that the pajamas were not in stock. Cozy takes a week to tell me “we’re sorry” and cancel my order, then hang on to my money for another 3-5 business days. Not very good for my first experience with Cozy.

I ordered the sheets November 24th. Today is December 11th and although the shipping label has been created they still haven't shipped the sheets. When I attempted to get information about what was going on they said they were within the parameters of their shipping policy. No apology not even nice about how they said it. When I challenged them through text they blocked me and sent me a text saying I had been unsubscribed from text messaging. So if you plan on getting sheets for Christmas pay the extra money for expedited shipping or your order will sit there until they get damn good and ready to ship. Whenever that is. I will never buy anything from them again no matter how good the sheets are. I choose to work with companies that are respectful of their customers. With this company I was treated like what they sell. Sheet(s)

I still have yet to receive my complete order (I received the pj top but not the pants). I sent an email to customer service and received an automated response to check my email for tracking soon. 😕 It’s been over 3 weeks and I’m still waiting…hoping to receive my entire order by Christmas! I spent a lot of money on a pj set and 1/2 the order doesn’t really work…
