Sheets are soft and maintain softness wash after wash I have used these sheets for years and would not change to another brand!

I am in love with these bamboo sheets. They are super soft, light weight and cooling. Very easy to fall asleep in these sheets. Will be purchasing more for the rest of the family.

Got a refund instead of what I ordered (8) days before Christmas, not good

11/27 Placed an order (and paid) for 2 shirts and 1 pair of joggers. 12/8 Received email confirming ALL of the items have been delivered. 12/9 I emailed Cozy Earth to tell them I did not receive the joggers. Received a response from Liberty at CE saying, "Sadly, the Men's Ultra-Soft Bamboo Jogger Pant in marine and size large is out of stock. Which is why we were not able to send it. You may choose a different color and we can send it in a separate shipment." I responded on 12/10, "I would like to choose black then. I don't expect to be charged extra." 12/10 Liberty responded, "I have sent a request to our dedicated team to update the color of the pants to black so we can send them in a separate shipment AT OUR EXPENSE. We sincerely apologize for not letting you know sooner that the pants were not included. There's a high volume of orders at the moment that we're trying to fulfill..." 12/15 I sent an email to Liberty, "Has there been any movement on this? I have yet to receive any kind of order confirmation." Liberty responded by saying, "Sadly, the joggers are no longer in stock. Our dedicated team decided that it's best to REMOVE it from your order and refund the payment back to your account." Not only did these people claim to have mailed and delivered an item that I purchased fair and square - they didn't mail them or deliver them. They also sent me no notification to the contrary. Then I was told I would receive another pair in exchange. I went onto their website to see which colors were available and told them what I wanted. Miraculously, those were not available either, per Liberty. That was a lie. Even today (12/16) they are available on their website. Not only is this company deceptive, they lie to their customers in a myriad of ways. They can't handle sales. They take orders and payments for items they can't fulfill, claiming it's due to the sale. During all of this - 18 days worth of communication - they ended the sale I shopped from AND STARTED ANOTHER SALE. THE BLACK JOGGERS ARE STILL AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE. EDIT after receiving response from Cozy Earth. This response shows EXACTLY the word jumble and runaround you will receive from them. They won’t move to correct the situation, just throw a lot of placating words around.

I bought a $140 set and the quality is INCREDIBLY thin and cheap. Soft? Eh, not really. I’m not happy with this at all. I bought another set for 50 dollars from another company and it’s much better quality. I’m so disappointed.

Best sheets we’ve ever owned. They are as advertised! Would love to have more but too cost prohibitive

Soft luxurious absorbent towels …highly recommend!

I purchased several items but returned 3 items. They only refunded me for 2 of the 3 items I returned claiming they hadn't received the 3rd. This didn't make sense as all the items were returned in the same box. I had to work very hard to save up for these items and they refused to refund me the $177 I spent on the linen sheets. The sheets were scratchy to the touch and I didn't even take them out the package. Something happened on their end with the return but I had to suffer for it because they refused to give my money back. But I don't accept this. I will file a complaint with the bbb and dispute the charge on my debit card. I returned the item. I'm not responsible for what happened on their end. I did my part.
