I am very happy with my purchase of sheets. I perspire a lot through the night & would constantly wake up throughout the night hot & sweaty so a friend that loves her Cozy Earth sheets suggested I buy a set. I have been sleeping on my Cozy Earth Sheets for approximately 6 weeks now... I waited to review Cozy Earth to see how well the fabric washed, dried, & worn for a few wash cycles. These sheets meet my needs... they feel great, are light weight & help keep me stay COOL!

Incredibly breathable fabrics. The sheets are heavenly, and I'm addicted to the joggers. One of the best, most reliable brands I've ever experienced. Quickly became a cult fan. I can see why Oprah keeps naming them her "favorite things."

(These orders were made in April & May of 2023. I know it's a year ago, but I thought you should know.) We bought a set of sheets, and a comforter. It was a great deal from GMA Steals & Deals. The sheets pilled right away, after a washing or two. Those little 'piles' were rough to the touch! We got rid of the sheets, we were that disappointed! The comforter came rolled up, so when unrolled it was very wrinkled. I contacted customer service to see if there was something I could do to un-wrinkle them. (I did spray it lightly with water and even tried a cool iron, to no avail.) Customer Service said after a FEW washings the wrinkles will get better (!?) I wasn't going to wash it multiple times, while brand new, to see if the wrinkles came out. So then I bought a duvet cover w/sham pillow cases, thinking I could cover the wrinkles. I washed the duvet a few times, as that came wrinkled too, but I wasn't happy with the look of the duvet: A bit messy looking for my taste. So, sorry to say, we were very disappointed with our purchases. The color selection was nice, but will not buy again.

Do not buy from here! They advertise “Free Returns” but will actually deduct $11.99 from your original payment. I ordered a size up and the waistband is so tight, they are not comfortable to sleep or lounge in. I am also tall (5’ 10”) and size L is short on me. The fit is very awkward. Their customer service is terrible! Do not fall for the influencer scam of this brand. Very disappointed. For the cost of these pajamas ($190!), you can find nicer quality at Target.

Quick delivery, amazing products. The most recent purchase, a skirt, is soft, comfortable, and has pockets!! Great for the summer heat in AZ.

I started an exchange and the website showed $405 available credit. I picked items for exchange and came up with a total that was the exact same as the available credit posted by Cozy Earth. Needless to say the exchange did not work so I called Customer Service. They informed me that the available credit was an issue that the company was working on… seriously! I was told my available credit was close to $150 less… how can a company do this, not remove the error from the website and not honor what the available credit is shown on their website? Calling BS, just sayin’! Screenshot everything if anyone is interested!

Didn't get to use the item as it was way oversized like 1.5 metres on the duvet cover and more on the sheet , the pillow cases were the same I have a king size bed pillows and duvet so would have thought a king size would be the way to go but know not too be , the stitching is shocking like loose stitches all over all of the pieces , pillow cases duvet cover and sheet all the same , very very very bad quality. Super bad company
