Excellent quality products. Big fan of the bamboo material pajamas, tanks are modest and soft, and the midi skirts and dresses and especially love the joggers and sweat pants. I get compliments on my CE clothing all the time and I think they are worth the money. I have sensitive skin and the cloth doesn’t irritate me. I also bought their sheet set but although I love them personally as they are very soft, I could see how the softness could be challenging due to the way they wrinkle. I’ve found their customer service to be excellent. I’ve been a customer for 3 years

I have had the navy blue jogger pants for over a year and they are great! Feel like new, so I ordered a pair in black. Fabric feels the same but, they are a whole cuff shorter than the older ones!? Also, inside printed tag says "Cozy Earth Made in China." The older ones say "Cozy Earth Premium Bamboo Clothing." We have loved all of our Cozy Earth purchases but, at that price point, consistency is important to me! A whole cuff shorter?? What's up, Cozy Earth? (Thank you to Cozy Earth for their response below. However, an entire cuff's difference in length is not a "slight difference." It is a full 2 1/2 inches, which is a big difference when wearing a pant with a cuff.)

Hi Barbara, Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the slight difference in length compared to your older pair. Regarding the discrepancy in the tags between the older and newer versions of our jogger pants, we are currently investigating this matter further. While we cannot provide a definitive explanation at this time, please rest assured that we take all customer feedback seriously and are committed to addressing any concerns that may arise. Please know that we are constantly striving to improve our products based on customer reviews, and your input helps us in this process. If you would like further assistance or have any concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team. We are here to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your Cozy Earth experience. Thank you once again for your support and understanding.

My pillow cases arrived damaged (big hole in them) and after 10 days I’m still waiting for the warranties department to give me a solution. I filled their form and attached pictures. Was expecting way better response and customer service from a top brand, be careful!
