Mismatched pj sets
So disappointed with my experience with this “luxury” company. I ordered a matching pj set, but upon arrival the top and bottom were not nearly the same color. They explained each piece is dyed separately so sent me an exchange, but it had exactly the same problem. I decided to return the set given it’s $200 and the top and bottom clearly cannot match, then was informed of the $12 handling fee (really $24 given that they sent me an exchange so I had to return both). For $200 you would hope the set would at least match or that they would waive the handling return fee given that this was a defect on their part. Not surprised they have all these 5 star reviews on their website when you can’t actually leave a review of the product yourself.
