I definitely love your sheets. They are the softest sheets I have ever found and I’m Pretty old and picky. My search for new sheets has a home. Just a few tweeks on their website and it will be perfect. Their customer service rate pretty close to the top. I’ll let you know after I have washed them a few times to make sure they don’t pile, but I don’t foresee any issues. Good job Cozy Earth!

Hidden fees. Cozy Earth has several hidden fees that they don't make very clear upfront. Firstly, they charge a "shipping protection" fee. Technically, you can opt out of this, but it's a bit confusing to do so and they send up a ton of warning messages (including a text message). I'm not sure why this fee is necessary when most shipping companies cover the cost of lost packages these days. It feels like a scam given how hard the company is pushing it. Additionally, if you want to return anything, they say it's "free returns", but they charge a ~$12 return handling fee. I didn't realize this until I went to return something because it didn't fit and was very disappointed. Most retailers that sell clothing at this price point (especially maternity clothing) don't charge this type of fee when you return something. This experience left me overall very disappointed.

I’m extremely unhappy with Cozy Earth because the product was too big for me and the style was very boxy for my frame. For the price, I was expecting more of a cottony material. Then, when I attempted to return my items, I was charged almost $12 in return shipping costs. I will not do business with Cozy Earth in the future.

These sheets are gorgeous and so much more comfortable than anything I’ve ever tried, including the 100% mulberry silk sheets I spent a fortune on. The Cozy Earth sheets are ultra soft and smooth without being slippery like the silk, which makes sleeping in them very sensual and soothing. The selection of colors is exceptional and the fit is perfect, top and bottom both. The company appears to be young and eager to please, which is no small matter in these times. I first purchased loungewear and was so pleased that I had to go for the sheets. Oh, and they are a dream to wash and tumble dry.

Choosing regular shipping expecting to wait 5-8 business days was a big misleading. We wanted to use the product to wear on an overnight flight. The schedule gave us plenty of time. USPS delayed our shipment. Yes, Cozy Earth cannot control USPS, but the company should know how unreliable they are. Then when I saw the delay I contacted customer service and suggested to share the cost of express shipping, I did not even get an answer. Online commerce today needs to learn faster shipping and customer service. I will return the product in an unopened package on my return from the trip.
