I was very impressed at how easy the return process was - though it took me awhile to find the link to start the process. I expected that when I went into my order, there would be an option somewhere to initiate the return. But there was not. I had to go down to the bottom of the app - outside of my profile, to the “refund policy” and click on that, which then had a link to start a return. Once found though, it was very fast and easy.

While I am happy to find a company that has clothing that is independently certified to provide 50+ protection against both UVA and UVB sun rays and I happily wear their products I think that as far as their regular fishing hoodie and their vented Andros Fishing Hoodie are concerned, they should warn you that wherever the vented breathing holes are, not only does air/oxygen get in at those holes but so does the sun and you need to wear sunscreen on any parts of your face where there are breathing holes in the shirt.

We were bummed because both our hats came smashed. I would think when you ship you would put stuffing in the hat so it keeps the shape. The brims are all over the place.
