CoolibarReviews of coolibar.com

I love all of the jackets and shirts that I bought from you. It is easy to order!!

I needed to exchange the items for a different size and it was extremely difficult. I spoke to a customer service supervisor and she couldn't really help me. The idea of "return insurance" is another way of scamming customers and I don't appreciate that. I won't deal with Coolibar again. It used to be a good company with good products and good service. The service part is clearly no longer a priority.

The sizing of the shirts is true.

Pant sizes are inconsistent. Ordered 2 pair the same size. One fit perfectly, the other way too big. And I was charged a handling fee to return. No complaints about the Flaig pants themselves. Very nice product

I've tried other "cheap" jackets, but they were a disaster. I must qualify that I contacted Coolibar last year that a jacket I had ordered was of inferior quality and developed tears/holes after less than a year -- and I rinse it off immediately after exiting the pool after my laps/water aerobics. They sent me a coupon for $80 off the price of another one, which I saved until now as I was able to purchase one on sale. The material of the last 2 jackets has greatly improved. The old adage "You Get What You Pay For" is true!

I bought a rash top, and it was too. heavy for me to wear over my bathing suit in the pool. I would like to buy one that's a midrift top to wear over swim suit to protect my arms.

you can't ask for much more than getting great hats in all styles at an unbelievably low price.

Fast ship great items super happy with my purchase
