I needed to exchange the items for a different size and it was extremely difficult. I spoke to a customer service supervisor and she couldn't really help me. The idea of "return insurance" is another way of scamming customers and I don't appreciate that. I won't deal with Coolibar again. It used to be a good company with good products and good service. The service part is clearly no longer a priority.

Very disappointed to have my package delivered by Amazon. I purposely do not order from Amazon due to the company’s ethics. Guess I won’t be ordering from your company anymore either.

El día 11 de julio compré dos vestidos en esta web Coolibar con número de pedido 991391576 por un importe de 165 euros. El día 17 de julio los recibí y solicité la devolución porque a pesar de decir que son de protección solar la zona del escote quedaba completamente desprotegida y no eran adecuados para mí. El comercio aceptó la devolución sin problemas y me envió los documentos para hacerlo con DHL. El día 18 de julio los deposité en un punto DHL y el día 20 de julio salieron de vuelta hacia el vendedor. El día 22 de julio llegaron a su destino, tal y como consta en la web de DHL con número de seguimiento 1968682450 y el día 23 de julio contacté con Coolibar a través de su web para ver cuando me iban a reembolsar. Les llamé varias veces y me dejaron en espera con una locución automática, les envié varios mails y no me contestaron hasta el día 1 de agosto que recibí un mail de Coolibar donde decían haber recibido los artículos y que me harían el reembolso 14 días después de su llegada a los almacenes cosa que fue el día 22 de julio. Como no llegaba mi reembolso el 12 de agosto envié otro mail a Coolibar reclamando mi reembolso sin respuesta. Ante esta situación el día 14 de agosto les llamé por teléfono y casualmente me dijeron que acababan de hacer el reembolso y a petición mía me enviaron un mail con esta información. En este mail constaba el importe que se me iba a reembolsar que no sería de 165 euros, sino de 147.05 euros tras descontar los gastos de devolución. Como transcurrieron los días sin que llegara el dinero a mi cuenta, el día 21 de agosto volví a llamar a Coolibar solicitando alguna prueba o documento de que se había hecho y el número RNA a lo que se negaron porque me dijeron que no lo tenían, lo cual ya me puso en alerta ya que por ley están obligados a darlo. Volví a llamarles el día 24 de agosto y se negaron una vez más a darme el núm ARN, que es el número de seguimiento con lo que mi banco podría localizar el reembolso. Les envié un mail más requiriendo este número y a día 27 de agosto no tengo ninguna respuesta de Coolibar. A día de hoy no tengo ni los artículos ni mi dinero, se han quedado ellos las dos cosas. Conclusión: me han estafado y al haber fallado todas las buenas intenciones por mi parte de resolver el problema confiando en la buena fe del comercio me veo obligada a emprender acciones legales contra ellos. Ójala hubiese consultado las opiniones de otros clientes antes de comprar.

I ordered a Black Rolled Packable Braid Visor on July 22 through a GMA Deals and Steals and after almost a month later I reached out to them regarding my order and got a return email stating that the item went out of stock before they were able to ship it. How do you sell something nation wide and don’t know what your available stock is? Other companies sell out and you can’t purchase the item. I got a sorry and a refund.

The customer service is the worst. As an excellent customer I had a small $10. issue with customer service. Not a good experience and then i think she actually hung up on me. I don't think they train these young people enough in customer service. Such a shame because I really like the coolibar products.

Place4d an order for an upcoming trip with 2-day delivery. It is nearly 3 weeks later and I have not received anything. It's impossible to cancel the order on website and nearly impossible to contact anyone. Sent several messages through their email--2 weeks later I got an answer saying "We hope this has been resolved." I answered "no," but still no reply.
