The customer service is the worst. As an excellent customer I had a small $10. issue with customer service. Not a good experience and then i think she actually hung up on me. I don't think they train these young people enough in customer service. Such a shame because I really like the coolibar products.

Place4d an order for an upcoming trip with 2-day delivery. It is nearly 3 weeks later and I have not received anything. It's impossible to cancel the order on website and nearly impossible to contact anyone. Sent several messages through their email--2 weeks later I got an answer saying "We hope this has been resolved." I answered "no," but still no reply.

Food for thought I work for a school district see if you can get advertisement to parents as an alternative to sunscreen. Have sales for back to school. It is a requirement that children wear sunscreen or sun protection before going to play on the playground. Not many healthcare professionals or parents know about you. I have suggested your company in school newsletters. As an outdoor enthusiast, but get your brand out for parents, healthcare professionals and schools.
