Pant sizes are inconsistent. Ordered 2 pair the same size. One fit perfectly, the other way too big. And I was charged a handling fee to return. No complaints about the Flaig pants themselves. Very nice product

I bought a rash top, and it was too. heavy for me to wear over my bathing suit in the pool. I would like to buy one that's a midrift top to wear over swim suit to protect my arms.

No exchange process. Rerun takes a long time to get refund and need to follow up closed. Not very user friendly. The pictures does not give real look of some materials.

I love your swim wear. I go to the pool at least 4 times a week. Your products are the only swimwear that doesn't fade in chlorine water. Some of the seams go bad after a time. But they don't fade. My problem with Coolibar is the sizes. At one time your company went up to a 3X. My very first time buying from you I bought the men's size to make sure the pants fit. You even had the ladies in 3X at one time. I tell every one about Coolibar because your product doesn't fade in chlorine water. But I really need your company to bring back the 3X in women's and men's sizes. PLEASE! We have money too.

I love the clothes offered at Coolibar - the styles, fabrics, textures, colors and of course the fact that they project one from harmful sun rays. Getting picky perhaps but just about all the clothing articles I’ve purchased, after time, pill at the seams. I believe this problem could be handled by a different fabric used in the thread. Perhaps switching polyester for cotton ? Just a suggestion.

We were bummed because both our hats came smashed. I would think when you ship you would put stuffing in the hat so it keeps the shape. The brims are all over the place.

I ordered the clothes based on the sizing chart only to find that they were too small.
