Have purchased from Cool Frames several times before and they once again, did not disappoint. I have a specific frame I love and choose not to be without, have worn forever! Ordering is quick and easy and shipping was super fast.

This company has a lot of issues it needs to fix in regards to the transparency of the order status. A lot of emails are sent out automatically saying that the order shipped or the lenses are on the way to them, which are not accurate. I ordered on April 17 and selected 2 day shipping. I still haven’t received my glasses and I don’t know when I’m getting them or really anything about where “coolframes” is in the process of completing the order. It’s been almost 10 days. Very annoyed.

First purchase through Cool Frames. 10/10! As I’m in Canada it took about 3 weeks for the glasses to arrive however it was worth the wait. The glasses are exactly as described and fit perfectly. I did follow up on delivery and their customer service was fast and friendly. I will definitely buy from here again.

Liked. Frames were out of stock. They immediately contacted me with dates and options. Glasses got here and they are amazing. The lenses are absolutely perfect. Very happy. Dislike. Service after the fact. Email a little over a week ago saying my glasses were shipped and tracking info inside. No tracking info and no tracking info anywhere in my account on the website. I emailed right away for help, no response. I emailed again a week later. No response. Got the glasses. Still no response. I love the glasses and the lenses are great, but if i had an issue and had to exchange or return i would be VERY scared due to the utter terrible service. Will probably try again in the future, but we will see.
