Ivan was my customer service representative when I called 15 minutes after my order stressing whether or not I was going to receive my glasses in time for Halloween. Ivan was diligent with getting me answers and even put a rush on my order so that I would get them when I needed them. The website interface is very user friendly and I enjoyed my ordering process. Thank you so much Cool Frames for being what your name entails; COOL!

My experience with Cool Frames was one problem after another. The order was delayed again and again, and my emails took far too long to get answered. They repeatedly didn't do what they said they would. Worst of all, they refused to honor a discount they had put in writing. If there's one thing I should have learned from this whole process, it's that I shouldn't be doing business with people like them. I won't be ordering again.

In my opinion I'm 100% satisfied. I ordered 2 pair of frames only, because I want to get my lenses local because that's what my insurance works for. Any way they emailed me right away saying they're on back order did i want to wait or change frames. I waited because I had found the ones I love but were to expensive at the store. So I told them I had no trouble waiting. Great they said they'd keep me updated. Did exactly what they said. Updated me when one pair was available and asked again was I sure I wanted to wait. Told them yup... I will use again and again simply because they have what I want and checked in like they said. It's not 2 day shipping, but they don't advertise that. No shipping charges or tax. If you're not in such a hurry and have patience this is your company. If you're always unsatisfied and complain for every little reason find another store. I love my glasses. And I love the price and customer service. Thanks so much 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I made and posted a review prematurely. What I thought was prompt Customer Service turned out to be merely "lip service". The only thing I have received from this company is quick responses to my emails. Still waiting on not just the frames I ordered, but a notification that the frames have even shipped.

Not worth the incompetent idiots working at this company, to save money, when they are useless idiots. I will never buy from them again; I had a horrible experience both times I ordered frames and prescription lenses. They incorrectly filled my Rx, not once but twice! Then, they blame you for uploading the CORRECT PRESCRIPTION, Becuase their third party didn't bother to read it correctly. Shame on me for giving them a second chance to disappoint me again! Don't get me started on the customer service reps. Also, COOLFRAMES, fix your interface and add an option for reading /distance.
