I love my Cinzia eyeglass frames, but I knew I would. This is my third Cinzia, and I continually receive compliments from friends and strangers. (Unfortunately, our new puppy liked my most recent eyeglasses just as much as I did.). I received the frames within a few days after ordering. I also sincerely appreciate the discount.

Love the shades I purchased. Wish they were shipped in soft side/squeeze top pouches rather than a bulky case. Took a bit longer than expected to receive them but very happy with my purchase. Thanks.

I waited almost a month for the frames only for them to be the wrong ones sent!!! I paid for expedited shipping ! Then when I look on your site the frames are labeled WRONG! Im then told to send the frames back but they would have to get my correct frames from the warehouse. All of this ?? I should get a full refund coupons etc. but I’m treated like it’s a regular situation!!! I’ll just sell the frames on eBay !!!!

The frames did not fit. The other colors in the frame did fit. I was told I would not be charged for restocking & I was. I am waiting to hear back. I waited along time for this frame because I really liked it I was then told it is discontinued after I received it. I checked with them frequently because I need the glasses. After all of the waiting I am back to square one & do not have a full refund as promised. I was told the call was being recorded & that was fine with me as I was nice & trying to explain what happened. Questions I will see when I get the rest of my refund.
