I loved it I was able to replace my favorite frames that was broken and my local Opthamologist office discontinued that particular frame. So funny and cool frames was perfect and ideal for me and I actually spread the word to the optical department at my local Sam’s store for future references!!

I had a great experience with COOL FRAMES! Prices were great and they do as they say. I called a week later to give my insurance information and while talking with Dahlia she realized i made a mistake with my online order. I was transfered to Janis who took care of everything. Really nice people very knowledgeable answered all my questions. I dont believe you will find better service or prices anywhere. Very satisfied will order again soon.

Ordered new Oakley frames, coolframes sent used, scratched up frames without the Oakley box or case. Then they did not want to refund the money for a return. Working with BBB and credit card Co to resolve.
