My experience with Cool Frames was one problem after another. The order was delayed again and again, and my emails took far too long to get answered. They repeatedly didn't do what they said they would. Worst of all, they refused to honor a discount they had put in writing. If there's one thing I should have learned from this whole process, it's that I shouldn't be doing business with people like them. I won't be ordering again.

I made and posted a review prematurely. What I thought was prompt Customer Service turned out to be merely "lip service". The only thing I have received from this company is quick responses to my emails. Still waiting on not just the frames I ordered, but a notification that the frames have even shipped.

Not worth the incompetent idiots working at this company, to save money, when they are useless idiots. I will never buy from them again; I had a horrible experience both times I ordered frames and prescription lenses. They incorrectly filled my Rx, not once but twice! Then, they blame you for uploading the CORRECT PRESCRIPTION, Becuase their third party didn't bother to read it correctly. Shame on me for giving them a second chance to disappoint me again! Don't get me started on the customer service reps. Also, COOLFRAMES, fix your interface and add an option for reading /distance.

I ordered glasses twice from them should have learned the first time, they put the wrong prescription in the first time, second time they did it again wasn't even close to my prescription. When I called to discuss the representative hung up on me. They are rude and have no idea what they are doing, very poor service.

I used to buy my glasses from there they had the brand that I like only on their website! Anyway I got the glasses and the lense gave me a headache i paid a total of 315.90 cents they refused to give me my money back for whatever bullshit policy they have I got a very nice pair of glasses from Zenni for literally 79$ and its the same type of lense Don't be fooled by them or any place that sells glasses at this astronomical prices it really doesn't cost that much

They sold me a counterfeit frame

They send me a wrong item , and I have to pay for the exchange.

First of all it took entirely too long TO RECEIVE PLASTIC LENSES THAY WERE CRACKED! And then the quality is so flimsy! (I had tried on the real thing already so wasn’t fooled by the counterfeit.) Then they think it’s okay to keep your money and make you send damaged glasses back when they know they send out junk constantly by the reviews and folks I’ve spoken to now over this. Anyone who wrote a good review had to be paid or is family or friends of these scammers! If only I could add pictures or video. Unbelievable that these would leave their facility with CRACKED AND DAMAGED LENSES?!?! (They neee to be shut down!) $500 for plastic lenses in counterfeit glasses that are cracked. You think this is China?!? We have laws here!
