Doesn't make sense for a company to list something on their website that is not readily available. If you do not have an item in stock, don't list it on your website without letting customers know you don't actually have physical stock and still need to order from your supplier. Very misleading. If I hadn't called I would be waiting forever even though my payment was received almost instantly.

I broke my eyeglasses' frame and wanted an exact same new frame. This company ships to Canada, which is not so easy to find. The price was not very cheap ($110 USD), but none of the cheaper ones on e-Bay would ship to Canada. I also got a 10% discount. I felt well informed (by e-mail) during the process - my order was immediately acknowledged, then I was notified when it was placed with the manufacturer (same day). Again I was notified when the order shipped out (4 days) and was provided with a tracking number. The frame was as advertised, in a nice sturdy Ann Taylor case. Standard international shipping was $10 USD, and the frames arrived a week from shipping out. It shipped with APC ParcelConnect Priority DDU wDelcon. Overall, an easy experience.

My order came as described little hassle. Although I was caught by surprise that they had to order my frames first before shipping. Other reasons for my review is the lack of free return and restock fee for returned merchandise. Had to buy thinking this would be my final decision.

I was very satisfied to be able to purchase beautiful frames that I had been unable to source in actual retail, at the best price online. The package arrived expediently, with notifications from cool frames at each stage of the ordering process and tracking of shipment. I did not receive a cleaning cloth as stated in package details at ordering. There is a scuff on the glasses case which cannot be removed. I would like to use the gift certificate on accessories such as a cleaning kit, but none appear to be available. Since I will not need a new pair of glasses for at least two years, the gift certificate is not really useful or an incentive to me. I would recommend cool frames to others.
