Nice frames n ships fast...

I was skeptical about buying sunglasses from this site as the price was well below anything else I could find for a pair of beautiful Tom Ford sunglasses. But I definitely didn't need to worry - I had my glasses within 5 days of ordering and they are absolutely 100% as described and authentic. Definitely recommend!

happy with frames measurements great, got these for my son who has challenging behaviour, so being easy twist hope they last longer than main stream frames he usually has, nice colour blue, only fault i can say is they seemed a long time coming, but did come from america, also would advise any one looking at these to read the small print , had to pay tax excess before i could get them from postal service. so all in all not cheap. If they last a long time and live up to reviews i would purchase again in the future

I recently bought a pair of glasses from coolframes with anti-scratch coating. I've now had them for 5 months and they are absolutely covered in scratches, one lens in particular, which tells me this is not an issue with how I treat them. They are more scratched than my last pair of glasses which I wore daily for 5 years! When I phoned to inquire about my warranty, I was told I'd have to pay shipping both ways (from Canada) and a 10USD fee, and that I would not have my glasses for at least 5 weeks. When asked if I could receive new lenses and send the old ones back, I was bluntly told no. I'm also worried about the quality of the new lenses I will receive. To have this covered under warranty and still be expected to pay close to 50 dollars in fees and not have glasses for weeks is really unacceptable.

Sent wrong order and took many emails and calls to have them send the correct lenses...Still waiting for the lenses 6 weeks later. Incredibly frustrating

Absolutely terrible, avoid like the plague. Supplied glasses with incorrect lenses, after some protracted communication (and suggesting that I bend the frame to make them better!) they agreed to refund the cost of the lenses. I have now returned the lenses but they refuse to refund as I haven’t returned the envelopes the lenses came in and now despite repeated requests, Ella their customer service person seems unable or unwilling to escalate the issue to a more senior colleague. I’m currently awaiting their response again, you have been warned.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I purchased a pair of glasses from the website and have had nothing but headaches. Originally my glasses were suppose to arrive by today, however, they failed to let me know that the frames I ordered LAST WEEK are on back order until the end of December. They sure charged my card over $500 tho. I called Monday and was assured that my frames would arrive in 1-4 business days, sadly, 4 days later im calling and no one had any information regarding my glasses. Someone was suppose to call me back to see if they had any available in store, and nothing. AGAIN, I have to call to hunt down the information. Horrible. Avoid this establishment. Waste of time & money 👎🏼

The only thing was my frames took 5 days to dispatch after my credit card had been debited...then it took another 2 days for the tracking number to arrive. However, the glasses arrived promptly within 7 working days after dispatch (literally to the other side of the world from Brooklyn). They arrived well-packed and I love them!
