The parcel arrived and the case for the glasses was empty. Contacted Cool Frames and was told they needed 45 days to *start* a claim with their carrier. The parcel was already delivered, so there was no need to wait for 45 days to submit the claim. In any case, their claim with their carrier is their problem, I don't see why I should wait for months to receive the product I have already paid for. Email correspondence with Cool Frames was short and terse, no politeness in dealing with the customer. In other words, I can say that I have probably been defrauded of my money.

Professional, courteous, easy to work with and they got the glasses to me 2 times faster than a different site I ordered from. Highly recommended!

They were able to send me the frame I needed and could tell me right away that it was in stock. Two previous businesses showed them on their website only to tell me a week later that they were not available.

The glass is perfect. Without try it, it fit perfectely.
