Horrible
Horrible, got my glasses scratched, returned the glasses, asked for a refund, but never got one. Waste of time.

We send only brand new products, if you did not like the frame you received from us you definitely can return them according to our policies. We asked for you to identify yourself as Trust Pilot allows random people to leave reviews without allowing business to understand who is the reviewer. That is an idiot policy of Trust Pilot. Always great and reliable
CoolFrames always have great options and many styles and lenses are premium quality!! This is my favourite place for lenses!!!!

Tamra has been THE BEST
Tamra has been THE BEST. She was super helpful when I ordered my glasses and sunglasses. When I got them, it turns out the prescription was wrong. This was not CoolFrames' fault, it was the eye doctor's fault who examined me in Indiana. Despite them not being at fault, they allowed me to send my glasses back in to be fixed for free. I am still waiting on one pair, but the sunglasses are great. Through the whole process, Tamra responded so fast every time (our email thread is about 40 emails long), she was super friendly and informative, and she definitely knows her stuff. Fantastic customer service.

My 5 star review is for my Prada…
My 5 star review is for my Prada glasses, they are beautiful, great price which saved me a lot of money. Customer service was excellent, I will be back to purchase glasses in the future. I highly recommend.

Shipping tooks almost 20 days just from the states to Canada. Even china has faster shipping speed.
