Aqui esta la review en ingles: My experience with CoolFrames was absolutely disastrous. I received a defective pair of glasses, so I returned them expecting a decent repair or replacement, but instead they sent me an even worse pair, with clear signs of wear and tear, as if they had been used before. To add insult to injury, they charged me a $20 "restocking fee" for returning their own defective product, which is unacceptable. The lack of quality control, atrocious customer service, and blatant disregard for customer satisfaction left a sour taste in my mouth, so I would not recommend CoolFrames to my worst enemy.

Customer Service is absolutely terrible. I ordered a pair of Versace Sunglasses. Upon arrival, I was charged a custom duty fee. I was approached with an offer to price match, but was not warned about the fee. I called Customer Service. They said it's nothing to do with them, however, my receipt had the sender's name on it. They then asked me to send photos of the receipt, which I did, but I didn't hear back from them, so I ended up calling them but all I got was "we'll call you after we review your email". Here I am 3 business days later, waiting to hear back from them. I definitely would not recommend this company. Edit: Please show me proof of this refund you speak of? No. I will not change my rating. I stand by what I said. Your customer service is terrible. When I called to speak with the person who shipped the item, David. I was not granted my request. I then asked to speak with Lee, my request was denied. This rating is for the customer service you provide. It's a rating that's well deserved. Hopefully, other buyers can see this and not purchase with you guys anymore.

This company is terrible. I do not recommend it to anybody. They sold me a pair of glasses that were so poorly made and they won’t return my money at all cost. Don’t waste your time with this.

Where do I start? I placed an order on May 18, for a pair a Cartier frames with customized lenses. Lee did it explain that due to the customization it would take a couple weeks longer than normal. After, a month goes by I contacted customer service to get a ETA. They informed me that it would ship out the following week. Now we are at the end of June, no frame. I called back to be informed that my lenses had a breakage, and the lab had to restart them. Now it’s July, Lee himself reached out to me. They received the lenses but were drilled for the incorrect frame. From this point on Lee and I conversed periodically on the status. Once they sent me the actual frame and lenses. The lenses were not up to standard. You can tell it was rushed, the edging of the logo and my name was smudgy. The drill holes uneven. Also incorrect lens size. Lee agreed with me about all my concerns, i shipped frame back at no charge. Lee shipped the frame and lenses to the lab for them to remake. Due to my inconvenience Lee was nice enough to add tint to my order at no charge. Here we are in August, 4 months later. I received my frame, and the lenses were beautiful. I am very particular seeing as I worked for an optical lab for 5 years. I had no complaints this time around. I also, asked Lee about a pair of sunglasses that i was interested in. Even though my original order took 4 months. I still wanted to order the sunglasses. Expecting to be charged for them, Lee had ordered them for me at no charge. He was grateful for my patience throughout this ordeal. Honestly, if it wasn’t for Lee I would have canceled my order. He exudes customer service, and you can tell he cares a lot about the reputation of his business and customers. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the 4 month wait.

Absolute worst experience ever buying glasses online. Do not buy from coolframes. They sent me defective progressive glasses and refused to refund for the lenses. I ended up exchanging the frames because they were too big and just getting my reading prescription because I wasn’t about to order progressives again. It took them 2 months to get the exchange to me after several times of contacting them to confirm the correct prescription. They then failed to refund me the difference in frames which they claimed they would. I order 3 to 5 pairs of glasses each year and I will never again order from coolframes. If you want great customer service and fast delivery use EZcontacts or designeroptics. They both have amazing products and customer service. Coolframes should take lessons.

Order No. 1386907 I purchased Prada eyeglasses frames from CoolFrames and it seems they sent me counterfeit or horribly defective frames instead. I had the frames appraised by a professional retailer (one of the most well-known glasses retailers in the U.S.) and they told me that not only did the dimensions of the frames not match what was written on them, the frames had numerous differences compared to real, identical frames they had in store. Later on, I confirmed this by measuring and comparing frames to my real pair of Prada frames. I returned the frames (I even had to pay for return postage!) and told CoolFrames that the frames were either counterfeit or defective and I wanted a full refund. They emailed me and assured me the glasses weren't fake or defective and forced me to pay a 20% restocking fee. I told them I'm not paying a restocking fee because the product they sent didn't meet the specs listed on the frames. They refused to refund me. When I pressed them on the details and their website policies, they couldn't keep their story straight. About a week later, they said they sent the frames back to the manufacturer and confirmed they weren't defective/counterfeit (I doubt they were being honest). Why would they need to send the frames back if they were 100% positive the frames weren't fake or defective?? Additionally, why would I need to pay a restocking fee for frames that don't meet the specifications at the time of sale? They didn't sell the correct product, and somehow that was my fault? It makes no sense! They tried to scam me with counterfeit or defective designer frames and then tried to make me pay a restocking fee too. Thankfully I got my money back with a chargeback, but they wasted so much of my time and treated me like I was stupid. It's certainly possible that CoolFrames sells legitimate products, but that was not my experience and I don't want try and find out if they do. TL; DR - Shop elsewhere There's a good chance you'll get scammed or charged for CoolFrames' mistakes.

I love ❤️ the Prada frames 😍 These frames are authentic 👌 They maybe irregulars? But for the price I'm still very happy 😊 When I get prescription lenses put in they can fix that in the arm of glasses ! Totally worth it 😁
