For under $100 without using my insurance benefits the quality is top notch, the lens quality is way beyond what it should be for less than $100. My $450 pair purchased using insurance at a different supplier will never be worn again, they are low quality poor lens quality compared to the cool frames glasses. I will never buy another pair anywhere except here at cool frames

After one week I had to call and ask why my order hadn’t been shipped yet. I was told sunglasses were in stock and be shipped that day. I ordered on Aug 13 and they did not arrive until Sept 4. 3 weeks. I also ordered as it said Canadian, yet these were shipped from US. So I was also charged $32 duty upon delivery.

No issues with cool frames. Ordered on August 29 came in September 07. The frames looked exactly like my old frame that broke. They were charging me $200 in my optometrist for my frame and I found it for less in Cool Frames.

She encouraged me to update my prescription so that I could make sure I had the correct lens. She continued to follow up with me and responded to all of my e-mails quickly.
