Cool FramesReviews of coolframes.com

Cool Frames made ordering glasses online so easy. They updated me with every part of the process from when my prescriptions lens were ordered down to when they were assembling them. I LOVE my glasses! I'm definitely going to be placing another order with Cool Frames. They have a super nice quality of glasses as well as great prices! Great job by everyone through this process!

Anne was really fantastic.

What made this experience great is the website is very easy to navigate through as well as putting my own prescription in and was expedited in a very timely matter and when I received my glasses prescription and the glasses were perfect

The glasses were perfectly made and they communicated with me and I got them in a timely manner this is an amazing site and I highly recommend it

I have never purchased glasses frm cool frames but I think I'm hooked..highly recommend 👌

Customer service….THE BEST! I love my frames, but there was good communication from purchase til delivery. Above and beyond…Would I recommend? Absolutely! Will be purchasing from Cool Frames again. Thank you😃

My order was delivered in a timely fashion and the glasses were just like I ordered. The quality was was worth the price i would recommend this site to friends.

The first issue here is the truth in advertising. I paid for expedited 2-day shipping hoping to get my order in two days. WRONG: Called about the late delivery and got educated that 2-day applies to shipping company AFTER receiving item from Cool Frames, and they need two days to get it ready. This means the 4 days delivery happens only in the best case (if ordering on Monday). Plus, was provided tracking number for “UPS” that was returning errors. Turns out the FedEx was shipping company. Second issue: Package was not delivered after promised delivery date. Called again and Customer service told me that this order cannot be cancelled and I need to file the lost package claim as the first step. And then it will take up to six weeks to get the refund. Highly defensive telling me that I have not read the fine print about up to 10 days delivery for prescription glasses. Told her my order was just the frames and no prescription. Found this exchange unacceptable and asked to talk to supervisor - was brushed off immediately. Extremely bullish and rude responses. Package finally showed up with 6 days delay. Got refund for expedited shipping. Given all the time spent in phone calls, chat with FedEx filing the lost package, frustration with not getting frame in time to get prescription lenses before my trip- giving three stars is more than generous!
