Representative Louis is a skillful assister.
Your color system makes no sense! Your order form was impossible to complete on my laptop. It's disorder made it a miserable failure until I came into contact with a ph. Rep named Louis, he was exceptionally patient and helpful! Give him a well-deserved highest ranking: Excellent Plus!

Key word is patience
Great glasses, friendly customer service (anne ext 523) but if you are from Europe - this is not something i would recommend. From ordering to delivery day it's been 81 days! Had to pay 78€ in customs. Fair enough but Would be nice to get a heads up in some shape or form. Again i must say -customer service helped with all my questions and i got swift replies but they unfortunately couldn't do anything to speed up the proces

Upon checking the order history, it was placed March 9th and we have shipped the glasses by March 17th. However, the delivery process took some time since the destination is overseas. We're happy you finally received the glasses and we are truly sorry for the delays. As for the customs fee, sadly this is something we have no control of as it is calculated based on your country's current import regulations. I look cool in cool frames.
Customer service was a great help on getting my new glasses. The glasses I purchased fit like a glove and they look really cool. Definitely buying from cool frames again in the future. Cool frames made me look gooood!!! Thanks cool frames. Great job.
