I assumed that when I ordered disposable carting Trays and lids that is what I would be shipped. It is somewhat my mistake to not have read the listing better. It should not be listed and pictured as a set if that is not the way it is sold. Now I will have to see what I will be charged to return your LIDS!

I never got any tracking information. Also, the package took over a week to get to me, when it was supposed to take a few days.

Best price I could find for what I bought, and I shop pretty hard when I am buying online. I would give 5 stars except there was no shipment notification or tracking information given. A week after ordering, I had to call to check on my order, was told it would ship that day or the next, and it then arrived the following day. (I selected regular ground shipping, so didn't expect it to arrive much sooner than that but since it was a business purchase, needed to know when to expect it.) Also, item apparently drop shipped from mfr, (if that was noted on the listing I didn't see it) which I would have liked to have known as that usually adds to shipping time. They did not tell me that when I called, either. That said, I received my items by the time I needed and was very pleased with them. Will definitely shop with them in the future.

They called me to tell me I had to pay extra for a warranty, I told them ok, I called to get a paper for a warranty, and they told me they didn't know what I was talking about and the lady in charge would call me back...she never did. I am in the process of disputing the charge with the credit card company

I'm sorry to hear that you had this unpleasant experience with the customer service representative that you spoke to. Unfortunately the manufacturer of the custom product you had purchased requires quite a bit of extensive warranty check and training prior to releasing the product as their company guideline. We do apologize that this situation caused you some unnecessary discomfort but the intention was to ensure education/training/proper arrival of the product to your doorstep so that you were able to utilize it properly as soon as received it. The manufacturer unfortunately has a 15-20 business day processing time on this product (as listed on the product description) due to these series of security/education checkpoints. Per your comment of disputing the charge with your credit card, this item shipped in mid June and arrived to your location already. Is everything acceptable to your needs or would you require some additional help? If so, please reach out to us at 866-506-3048 and we can help you with any additional questions you have. We have not received any disputing of charges so we want to make sure everything is ok! Thank you for your comments.
