My son and i went to Conn's on Hotel circle here in Albuquerque, nm and the service was somewhat good. You got followed around a lot once they seen you were looking at furniture. Then the sales person and i were talking and she saud that credit they will accept is from 250 and up. I said well i should pass that by far. So she took my info for an application and said she would be back in about 10 mins. So we waited and we noticed the manager constantly looking at me. Then she comes back to me and tells me they can't help me. When walking out we heard the manager tell the sales rep. That i was justo old. So they based me on my age and not my credit. Dirty Sob's. Don't go there people. They are conn'for sure.

6 days in, 2500 buck oled is dead. Pissed got hold of service, waiting on a call back to schedule visit Update Conn is exchanging out the dead TV I bumped the review up to 5 stars because I got such stellar treatme on both the local and coporate level

I have been affected by Covid 19 and U fell behind on my account. I received numerous text and emails stating I could pay less than my normal payment and I would become current and I wouldn't get a late mark on my credit report. I called and spoke with a Supervisor .She assured me I would be current on my account If I made a good faith payment. I made to payment and 3 days later I got a late mark on my credit. I called asked to speak to a Supervisor and was told there was nothing that could be done about It. I will never do business with Conn s again. They have the worst customer service. I did not plan to be affected by Covid 19.

I paid upfront for a washer and dryer, over $2,000 -- their online checkout is bugged though and wouldn't let me add all the additional services I needed (but still charged me for it), they never answered their phones after several calls to try and modify the order, they sent me 4 e-mails, 3 texts, and 5 phone calls all automated to confirm the delivery, and then the day of the delivery they just leave it on the curb and go. So now I get to pay (again) for someone to come to move and install the appliances. Would never do business with again.

I love Conn's furniture but the harrassment I receive monthly to pay my bill is annoying. I get paid once a month and every month on payday, I pay Conn's. Heaven forbid if I'm one, two or three days late. They will ring my phone early in the morning all day long for that one payment. I cannot with them and I cannot wait to be done paying for my furniture. I've been doing business with Conn's for almost 9 years now, and I was okay with them before. But to be harrassing people during a pandemic when millions are without income is unacceptable. I AM NEVER GETTING FURNITURE WITH CONN'S AGAIN!!

The worst business ever. They whole company is full of lies. Customer service, insurance department and the on-site store managers employees. I have paid a for one merchandise twice. My balance still the same a year later. No one can explain why my balance is still the same. Conns insurance was to pay for items that I am still paying for an no one can give me any explanation! The have put numerous late payments on my credit. This has been a disaster for me an my family. Please stay away from this company!

This has been the worst experience of my life. Conns furniture is appropriately named. This company is a complete rip off.

This place is horrible all they do is digital online stuff and all!!!!! And they have HORRIBLE customer service!!! When I was just there, the manager was getting on my grandfathers nerves and just oml!!!!
