We are very satisfied with our store experience with the customer service. They were very conscious about our safety during thIs Covid crisis. We had experienced great service several months ago when we had to get a large appliance. A few months later we had to replace another appliance. Both in store experience was excellent. Our concern is that on both occasions They delivery men were not wearing masks during their time inside our home. My husband and I both have underlining health issues. I wasn’t home when the second one was delivered and when delivery company called to ask how our delivery was and if our appliance was working ok. I said yes all was fine. A few days after delivery however, I asked my husband if the delivery guys were wearing masks this time. He said no! That really surprised us especially because the safety measures in the store were top notch. ☹️
