I am absolutely disappointed in this company and will never shop here again and will tell everyone else to STAY AWAY. I paid over $4k for my living set and had 12 months to get it repaired if any issues, the last month I set it all up and send pictures for the repair/replacement and pay the final $2K then never get any replies again, no-one contacts me. So now IDK what to do with my crappy furniture but to toss it out. 4K down the drain. I hope they shut this company down for the frauds they are, Especially during these times.

Zero STARS, The only reason i gave it 1 star, so I can submit a review. I knew they were/are TERRIBLE!!, but at the time, I needed a TV quick!! During the 12months i made double and triple payments so I would not have to pay any interest. What they fail to inform u is that u are still charge with the price of the item with interest and taxes. And when your 12 months are up, then they tack on finance charges, which means your ending balance goes up every month, if u don't pay it off that month. Then they report it to the credit bureau as an increased balance which brings your credit score down. When u are making your payment ON TIME!!!!! Please run, not walk away from these CONN ARTIST!!!

So Conns sends me a text that they will be selling the PS5 on Saturday 12/19 so I go and there was a line of people waiting. First, no one came out to let these people know that they only had a few systems. When they open the door they said they were selling it for $1200 people were mad because the unit sells for $399 and disk version for $499. Some people left right away and some stayed. I bought the system because I want it as a gift for someone but I spoke with the manager about the outrageous price and all he had to say was “ I just work here” yes, this was the manager. They took advantage of the situation like other individuals are doing but I was not expecting this from a company. TRUST ME stay away from this business. About 3 months ago I purchased a washer only because they were the only ones that had the model. The associate had included all these fees and just wanted me to sign the docs on his iPad, very deceiving work ethics. Stay away. They qualified me for about $5000 and I was looking on updating all my appliances but after the PS5 experience I will definitely will NOT. This is the one in HUMBLE, TX.

This company false advertise their products and appliances. I bought a gas range on December 2 and was promised a delivery date of December 16. After numerous confirmations that the range was in stock, they failed to have it in stock and have no idea when they will get it. I tried to compromise with the District Manager by taking the floor sample if they honored an extended warranty, just in case. His name is JP, and he refused completely. Do not buy at Conn’s. I have never, ever experienced such bad business and customer service as this place. False advertising is not legal. I am filing a Class Action Suit, so please look out for it. If you have been scammed, please join. Thanks.

Conns too experience there furniture doesn't last long it wears within a years you automatically have insurance with the payment. Conn's want replace the item. the same furniture Rent A Center, conns has a 25 percent higher mark up on the same item found in other store.

Ordered an item online for Christmas. Within 5 minutes of getting my confirmation I was told the item had been canceled due to none in stock! Now it’ll be 3-5 days before I get my money back! First experience and last!!

I purchased appliances at considerable cost in feb 2019. It was paid in full in sept 2019. Now in dec 2020 I’m getting calls saying I owe them 1200+ dollars. It’s been 15 months since the account was paid in full. I never received a bill or call yet they had the nerve to not only blow up my phone demanding payment but also reported the amount owed to the credit bureaus. Today dec 3rd 2020 I receive an email stating they’re are sorry for the inconvenience and my account is paid in full. Conns is an appropriate name. Do not shop here.

I love the furniture and the delivery guys were great. However, we bought our furniture the week before "Black Friday & Cyber Monday" - went to the store and asked if the price would be dropping on either of these days as we weren't in a hurry. We were assured we would get the best pricing. I ended up ordering online to make it simple. Guess what - price dropped $200 on cyber monday - and they won't match. In addition to the delivery setup schedule being unclear - I was told two different things from two different people.
