I ordered a couch and scheduled delivery. I received an email with the delivery date. Rearranged my furniture and my schedule. On the day of said delivery, I received a Robo Call telling me my delivery was scheduled for the next day. I called and sent an email explaining this would not work as I had a full day. No one cares So now I have to wait through a weekend with nothing to sit on. Over promise, under deliver - big mistake. Poor Customer Service!

You have been warned, 9 months of repeat repair attempts I still have a piece of junk "OF COURSE THEY ARE RESCHEDULING TECHNICIAN"

If I could give this company Zero stars I would. It seems as if they just hire anyone off the streets well at least the one in Mobile, Alabama. The customer service is horrible and no one can seem to answer any questions you have. Go elsewhere if you are looking to purchase anything for your home.

Sure wish I would have looked into this company on all the review sites before buying from here. I was supposed to get a couch delivered and paid the $150 for their delivery. The day before delivery I missed a call for confirmation and the recording said I should confirm via the email they sent me. They hadn't sent an email, so I called back to confirm. When I spoke with a woman on the phone she confirmed everything and gave me delivery window for the following day. As a normal human that works, I moved around my schedule to make sure I was there. The delivery (nor any email even after I had confirmed my address) came. I called back in again and the person on the phone said they would be delivering it the following day. Apparently, the delivery schedule now isn't made until 8pm (though I was given my delivery time at 6pm the day before) so I can't even schedule my day. Great, so glad I paid that money to change my schedule two days in a row and the second day on a day I was supposed to leave town. I would have bought from somewhere else and paid for their delivery if I would have known Conn's unreliable like this. Sure hope it comes tomorrow - I don't have much hope with all of these terrible reviews

Can't NEVER get to pay over the phone. The number hasn't worked in months and of course no-one gives a flying curse word cause you have to leave work, find a conns and walk in!!! SMH Rediculos!!! I have complained and no one cares!!!! I will Never buy anything from here again!!!! thanks for horrible customer service!!!

The manager of Conn's HomePlus, Cody Gunter, left a negative review of my business, calling my 400 employees, "creepy," and claiming I took three weeks to call him back. None of that is true. Very unprofessional.

Conn's customer service is non existent after you make a purchase. We have a billing dispute and their credit services department won't even talk to you. You get someone in customer service that just says their is nothing they can do. You ask for supervisor or someone higher, and get told there is nobody higher to talk to.

We bought a $2800 refrigerator in July. The fridge gave out in December. We got insurance on it. It took them a couple of days to get a technician out. He diagnosed problem, said it was a faulty cpu board. He ordered part(so we thought), then they said he forgot to order part and that it would take over a week to get in. Most of our food went bad. When part finally came in, they sent another technician and he put in part. He said the technician had not diagnosed the problem properly, and that the compressor was bad as well! We now have to wait for who knows how long to get part in. Who knows what will be wrong next. Seems like if the are selling refurbished appliances. I don’t even think they deserve one star!
