Dont use cons. I've had an account for 4 years. Opened at $2400 and 4 years later I still owe $2100. We were late on a few payments and said and it has an interest of 29% daily. Even though I caught up the payments they didnt tell me I need to pay this interest. So it keeps reoccurring. So 4 years and $5000 later I still owe just about the same as I started with.

The only reason they have a star at all is because the repair people they sent were very nice and honest. They looked overworked though, which is concerning on a human level. I see utter chaos when it comes to doing anything with this company. When we had our fridge delivered, we had to balance it ourselves. This is normally fine but don't promise full installations if you're going to make disabled customers try to rip their back muscles apart doing your job. Everything was somewhat fine but the ice maker started going out within 3 months. We dealt with it bc we didn't want to deal with Conn's again but then the compressor went out. They sent out a repair guy the next day (shocking it was so quick) and he really did his best but told me they had to replace the compressor and he had to order the part. When the part came in two days later, another repair guy came in and did everything he could but he still didn't have the part. We were told we would be contacted the next day but apparently silence is golden to Conn's. Another day goes by and nothing. In the meantime,our food rots and we only get guff and rudeness about the food voucher, which is part of the warranty. Finally, three days go by and when I called they had the nerve to lie about calling my husband who never got their pretend voice-mail. I called again and am told, oops you need a new refrigerator but you need to go into a store to exchange it. This is weird because LG told me we could do it online but apparently Covid isn't a thing in ConnWorld and their website is based on the idea that 1996 is still kicking. I was told to wear a mask and suck it up, basically, which is not at all appropriate. This place treats everyone like they can't use the internet because THEY can't use the internet. It's just stupid and even the rude customer service people know it. Btw, they're pretty unprofessional but I can forgive them because working in a hell hole can tear you up.

Hi guys I purchased a computer table from Conns Plano store. It's been weeks that they are fooling me on service to get it fixed several calls several chat sessions but nothing happened stayed home for the service person to come once he came and said there are no screws in the packing so he cannot fix it this table. Customer care assured me that they will fix it but nothing. I have no door to knock to solve this problem.....The Plano store manager is not willing to even talk on this subject, the salesperson not replying to my texts and calls. I am only left with one option to sue them for the mental agony I had, which I will. The worst part is I received a call that my payment is due when I never got what I needed.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will never purchase anything from Conn's again that I cannot pick up from store. Over 2 hour wait at warehouse to pick up purchase. This is ridiculous.

My delivery experience was the best in the world.... Gregory and his co-worker both are amazing ... on time .... everything perfect really friendly and they leave all my living room clean .... they deserve a great review Iam a happy customer and if I buy more staff for Cons’s I really hope to find them again ....thank you

I went to conns home plus to buy some appliances for my house that I just bought, everything was going well until the day of delivery the people who delivery the appliances damaged the floor of my house on the day of delivery I reported the same day at the time they damaged the floor at my home and not one wants to be responsible for the damage floor at my home I contact conns and delivery company and nothing haven’t answer I contact straight to the store where I bought it and I been on contact with the store manager at same location and nothing happens I have a month calling and just lies than they been calling me and that’s not true I recommend who ever read this review don’t buying anything at conns because if something happens at your home or with the appliances they don’t going to care of you on my side never ever visit any conns store, store location 8201 s gessner rd Houston Tx 77036 and incident date 3/16/21 brand new home 2021

The experience in store was ok! Sales man, easy and friendly to finance the couch i wanted. I wanted to get it delivered because I and disabled, and that’s where the mess began. I was told in store the couch would be delivered on Saturday 4/10.   I cleared my Saturday. Friday went by no call no nothing.  Saturday morning call the 844 to find out that they are not delivering my couch until Sunday.  I was told in the store that that it is 24 hour delivery.  But the where booked on Friday so Saturday would have to work.  But when I call the 844 number they tell me it will not be delivered until 4/11.  That is not what I was told.  The option I was given was to re schedule it for another day.  Umm.  Why would I want it to be pushed out even further.  I’m paying about $150 for this delivery, you think they would at least try to accommodate their customers but no they don’t give you any options. They connected me to the store and the so called Manger I spoke to was no help at all. Basically they boast that they delivery with in 24 hours.  They charge you $150 and they deliver when ever they want to.  Ifelt is if I was screwed with no Vaseline.  It is crazy how they treat you.  On top of that I'm disabled and can't do it myself.  so Im the one that is Going through this huge mess makes me never ever ant to use them again. I Would/will not refer anyone to them due to their delivery services. Delivery is too expensive too have them treat you like they’re doing you a favor when you’re paying them for this service.

The Appliance sales Agent lied & said they would take care of my water line & haul my old unit. I had to fight with them to redo the hinges as I specified the door swing. Poor communication, customer service. I will not be back.
