One review is too much for Conn’s. Very unprofessional. Rude staff. Purchased a refrigerator confirmed delivery and time they did not show up. They called and said they had driver issues. I called back the Dallas warehouse they hang up. After 3 hours on the phone I found out from CS they moved my order out 4 days that will make it total of 17 days with no refrigerator. The reason why I shopped there they gave me a better date for delivery but they lied. I do not recommend this place. I will never shop there.Talking to a totall of 12 people only 2 were nice. They are rude and very very unprofessional.

Catnapper recliner broke after 1.5 yrs. Conn's extended warranty replaced it after waiting for 2 months for them to decide that! Went to Arlington, Tx store to order the replacement, and found out we had to buy an all new warranty for new chair. $209 before tax. $227 total. But they would NOT add it in to the financing account we currently have, that we are still for the chair with, since it did not meet the $300 min required to finance something. We had the choice to not get extended warranty on replacement chair, or buy something that would push the total up to $300, or pay cash for warranty today. In other words the extended warranty is a one time warranty. If item is replaced you have to buy all new extended warranty. Full price. Sale rep said they used to just add it back in to your acct but they quit doing that. Thank God we had the $227 to buy the warranty today!

Bought a washer from them and had automatic payments set up. February 2019 they stole an extra payment with no explanation. I called them june 2020 to up my payments to get paid off faster. I paid that off then they came back and said I still owed another $119. I called them about 4 or 5 times with nothing accomplished. They have no clue what they are doing. I am so sick of those Conn artist I paid the last $119 to be rid of them forever. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT DO BUSISNESS WITH CONNS. Besides the fact they do not know what they are doing you will pay 2 or 3 times the purchase price. I'm glad this nightmare is over. NEVER AGAIN

Dealing with inexperience sales reps. Managers only caring about sales profit than customer satisfaction. Delivery dates are not properly set. Window delivery time are constant changing.

I bought the refrigerator with Conns. right after I bought it the refrigerator gave problems. The technician came twice to fix it worked somewhat and it would break again. When the pandemic COVID-19 hit the refrigerator broke again. I have my parents of 97 yrs of age, I was not going to bring someone who I had no idea where they had been into my house and put my family in danger to the pandemic, so I did not put a ticket for the refrigerator issues. Now I called Conn's I was told that since the guarantee expired on 1/21, only 5 months ago, but since I did not put a ticket there is nothing they can do about it. I feel disappointed and would not recommend this store to anyone. The pandemic for COVID-19 was and is currently somewhat seriously deadly. Conn's not taking this under consideration and extending guarantees to their customers is not helping their customers. Gym's, Dentist, and many other businesses extended feeds or reimburse it. Where is Conn's support in moments in need? NO SUPPORT.

There Customer Service Agents are Not proficient with the English language. There is a significant delay between speaking, so you basically talk over each other. “EXACERBATING” The Credit Department Agents were extremely helpful, not only solving my problem, but also with understanding my frustrations.

I have been a customer for over 20 years but I've had enough. I received a threatening email from them that they'd close my account because payment was due on 5/24. Today is 5/25. You got that - ONE day late. I have nearly 50 numbers blocked from them. They are ridiculous. Terrible customer service. This is the last straw. If they were the only store in the country that sold refrigerators I'd rather eat rotten food than buy anything from them. Run away. Far away.

If I could give a 0 for review I would do just that.. We have been a customer of conns for over 9 years, we recently made a huge ($10,000) purchase to furnish our new home. Needless to say they messed it all up! Formal Dining set delivered 2 times damaged, finally the 3rd time it was not damaged. I missed a family gathering at my mother's burial due to their lack of communication, they were to deliver it on May 3rd never showed up no call no email no nothing! I have called corporate to speak to a Manger for the last 3 weeks and they state that I will get a call back! Still NOTHING.... We have spoken to someone in store who stated they would also have a general manager look into this and I still have not heard back from them... They will never ever get another penny of our money! This place is an absolute JOKE!!!!
