This is a company who only looks out for themselves. They DO NOT care about the customers and are openly hostile to them. I don’t recommend them at all. They sold me a broken refrigerator and have been without a working fridge since early March. They know this and have given me the run around for 4 months now. They told me the fridge was fixed 3 different times only for my food to go bad within a week. They know they messed up and say that they can’t do anything anyways. They just now offered me an exchange after 4 months but say that I can’t downgrade and they don’t have the same fridge in stock so I’d have to get a higher priced refrigerator with me paying the difference. Their own technicians told me LG and Samsung were the worst brands and their own customer service agent told me to get an attorney to protect myself because what Conns was doing was shady. I would never recommend this store to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Please stay away from them. I will be posting reviews everywhere I can so that this can prevent someone else from going through this.

Received a text about getting a delivery that I confirmed on the next day woke up haven’t received a call or text so I decided to call to see what time frame I was in or if they had any updates well my delivery was rescheduled without me knowing which I was pissed about and then when the Mgr from the store gives me a call back she trying to tell me about what other stores are dealing with as well ma’am I don’t care what’s going on with other companies I’m worried about y’all not communicating to me that y’all decided to change my delivery day so I canceled my order I wish I would have read all these reviews before going there

I will never buy anything else from Conn's the store is okay its the delivery team and the warehouse team are sorry. They delivered a ding up washer and dryer in expect me to take 20% percent off. So they suppose to pick the ding washer and dryer up but they said they couldn't move it from the washer room. Well I called my Son he came in moved it and they never called me or come back to pick it up or bring my new washer and dryer if nothing done by Monday I getting my money back period

My.name is alex Valle I received cracked and broken bedroom set all I wanted was a new bedroom set on 6/23/21 they brought me the wrong items I am done with conns this had been going on since 6/21/21 no discount for the time of work sleeping on the floor I've gone back and forth worth customer care the warehouse and store number 280 jason Seth and John are amazing but at this time I need them to pick up the items and cancel but I cannot I'm going to drop everything at the store but I'm still responsible to pay I've posted pictures on Facebook please do not or if you do buy furniture inspect it before they leave

This is literally the worst company ever! They waste your time so don't waste your time with them! They gave me multiple runarounds with when they would come install Friday then Saturday then finally on Sunday they showed up... With the wrong parts!! And they blamed me!! And I told them I made the purchase I. Store! I didn't even order the parts!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!

I have a GE washer that is only 3 months old and it stopped working. It took Conns a week to come out and look at it and then another week for parts, one of which was the main mother board. Waited another week for the parts. Service man put new parts in still not working. Now I find out that another part is on back order until August. Between Conns and GE still don’t know what to do. I NEED A NEW MACHINE!! I have waited almost 4 weeks and am still waiting!!! HORRIBLE!

BEWARE!!!!!!!! Went to Conn's in San Marcos, Tx and bought a new refrigerator. Was told at the time my payments would be 1/2 of monthly due every 2 weeks. Today, I was notified that the entire monthly payment would be taken out this Fri instead of the half that I agreed to. After spending all morning on the phone , I learned my options were to go all the way back to Conn's to re-sign the paperwork THEY SCREWED UP, taking my time and energy to correct their tremendous blunder or to let them just keep charging me the full amount in one payment. Great choice. Obviously they are not to be trusted and will flat lie to you to get your business. I am a nurse that works 12 hour shifts M- TH. NOW I HAVE TO GO TO THAT LYING POS COMPANY TO FIX THEIR ENORMOUS MISTAKE OR I WILL BE EVEN MORE SCREWED OVER. Maybe Aarons is more trustworthy and cares the tiniest bit about their customers

It started off great, clean store, good selection of merchandise, great salesperson. Then the bad started- delivery was a week late, delivery guy doesn’t show up with water diverter for the dryer- says he doesn’t have tools to switch the dryer door to the opposite side. More like he just didn’t want to. So we call and are assured that it will be worked out and we’ll get another call to get these issues fixed. Great, right! But the call never happens. That’s not great, so I went to the store to get some help, big mistake the salesperson didn’t understand what I was saying and kept saying that the part was on the invoice- yes thank you I agree. So manager joined in and just flat out didn’t care. Talk to delivery department, here’s the number. I could handle all of the previous events, it happens. But this manager that didn’t care with his to good to help attitude I cant handle. I will never buy anything from this store again:
