First of all their sales people are completely product ignorant they have no clue what they are selling you. Had tried to purchase a massaging chair from a tulsa store. Was told delivery was to be made on 8/21 so I cleared our schedule for an entire Saturday. They even sent me confirmation on Friday. I called Saturday afternoon finally to get an eta and was informed they had no such delivery scheduled. Then was told the item they sold me was no longer in stock and was offered the floor model that already had tears in the fabric, no thanks. So disappointed and even mad. I will never shop there again and will never recommend them to friends and family

I brought my stackable washer and dryer on July 4 2021 and I get 3 of this broken Machines and asked Conn’s Manger The fake sick one and lying other manger to come pick it up and I was told I had 30 days to return with out and penalties and now I am out of my 30 day return window due to the lies and fake return pick up text messages and phones calls. Now I keep getting phone calls about a late payment and I am not going to give Conn’s a dime of my hard earned money for the BS I have been and still going through. Please don’t buy from here and you will be sorry after wares.

El paso stores are a joke, untrained salesperson and mgrs on duty. Honestly cant understand upper management's attitude do they ever read they're lousy reviews from disgruntled customers? These managers dont give a damn about their customers. 1st and last time shopping here. They totally suck!

The customer service and level of professionalism is horrible. I purchased furniture on July 28th with a delivery date on July 31st. I confirmed the delivery on July 30th for the 31st, and no one showed up for my scheduled delivery. At 7pm I called the Raleigh NC store where I purchased my furniture and was told my furniture was not put on the delivery truck. The sale's person acted like it was not big deal that I was not contacted about not receiving my delivery. I was understanding but disappointed, but rescheduled for Monday August 2nd 2021. When it came out the sofa was damaged and had to be sent back. I had to reach out to the store to see when it would be delivered again. Once I spoke to someone after being placed on hold for 15 minutes, I was told that it would be delivery on Tuesday August 3, while they never showed up! I called at 5:30 and was put on hold for 30 minutes with the salesperson, who never returned to the phone. I called back and spoke with the manager who had no clue of my concerns/complaints. He assured me that he was going to take care of this and was making notes in the system resolve this matter. He was suppose to call back today before 10am. When I did not heard from hi at at 11:30, I called the store and was told he was off until Friday! The salesperson told me that my new delivery date was August 5th and that was all he could do for me. I am very disappointed and will NEVER purchase or recommend that anyone purchase from this company.

This is the worst place to buy appliances the product is good but management sucks The rules 10 percent off if you buy 4 items I bought 4 items for 5,000 the microwave was 1/4 inch to big so had to take it back When I did they said only 5% because now I have 3 items and a 15% restocking fee so basically the microwave cost just over 200 dollars Bottom line it would cost me 250 dollars at 5% plus 30 dollars for restocking and lose the microwave These people don’t think right better watch yourself

Horrible Customer service very unorganized. Every time i call they put me on hold for half n hour then hang up. This is the only store ive gone to that doesnt except retorno even if item is brand New. Dont recomend this store at all.

Went into the store and ordered a chair. They confirmed it was in stock and ready for delivery. They set delivery date for Tuesday. I got the confirmation call and email ok Monday...they never came, never called. I called Wednesday and they told me they rescheduled for Thursday. Again I got the confirmation the day before and again they didn't show or call. This happened 3 more times until I finally said just cancel the order.

THE WORST COMPANY. I have paid for my washer and dryer 3x's over. Every time it is about to be paid off they tell me it's more interest charges and it seems every month the are adding almost $300 dollars. Going to pay them in full and I will never ordered anything from them again. The worst customer service because no one seems to know what is going on or can explain or make sense of my charges.
