If I could give zero stars I would. Be sure you read all the complaints before buying from them. They do not care about their customers. I purchased furniture from them. I was told 24 months same as cash in-store. Signed my paperwork, 12 months later they told me it was not 24 months but 12. They told me 2 weeks after the cut-off. So not only was I deceived in-store but they didn't inform me the 12 months was up so they could get that interest. I called and explained my situation and the lady put in a request for me an extended the cash option and said it would only take about 72 hours. I have gotten the run around for a week only for them to tell me no they won't do it. I've been a faithful on time paying customer and they don't even care. All they care about is the dollar. So not only have they lost me as a customer but I will never say anything good about this business. Read all the complaints before you buy from them.

Washer and Dryer broke, and i needed one ASAP. I ordered online, no issues, and an hour later receive an email "your order is ready for pickup between 11-6 at our warehouse. Awesome! So i rent a truck, drive from Estes Park to DIA where their warehouse is, pay 470 tolls, only to arrive to a sign on the door "closed saturday through tuesday". This would have been WONDERFUL information to include! Im out $220 in gas, tolls and truck rental now. To add insult to injury, i call them and sit on hold for 30 minutes in the parking lot, hoping someone can help me out, since there are people working, and when i finally get through "we apologize, but you have to call the online customer service number" - add another HOUR of waiting, to be told they cant do anything except offer a refund. Thanks Conns! the business motto is in the name I suppose. Uploaded screenshot below, showing what i received, with zero indication of the warehouse only being open 2 days a week. 6.5 hours of my life, time from work missed, and $220 in costs later, they got me good! Well played sick joke.

Credit is very deceiving and confusing. 32 percent is larson.

My wife and I spent close to 20 thousand dollars ,buying Lg appliances, living room, bedroom furniture, and so on. We bought them june 2nd, 2021. We called them to let them know our new dishwasher sounded like a tractor and also leaked, they sent A.E appliance repair to look at the dishwasher and they both said it needed a new motor and new seal.We have called Conns and lg more than 20 times combined. And here we are August 26 and still have a dishwasher that don't work. Will never buy from Conns. again.

So I did my pre approval with my code. Said I was approved then not approved to to call customer service cause i had a duplicate application. Omg!! They ran my credit 3 times then transferred me to another finance department to be told they were going to have to run my credit again. At this rate if they are this damn stupid, rude, and having no clue as to what is happening I certainly do not want to do business with the likes of them. Do yourself a favor and run do not even think of giving them your ss number. WORST COMPANY EVER!! Anyone who has ever dealt with them I would suggest on checking your credit. SMH!!! Horrible company. They should not be allowed to conduct business WHATSOEVER!! Their name fits them perfectly!!!

Conn's is terrible, even if you aren't 30 days late, they call you non stop, call your work, cell phone, family constantly!!

Not great service. Dishonest and promises not kept. Unable to get refund after cancelling order that wasn't delivered as promised. They kept pushing back delivery, stopped answering call. The wait for customer service is excessive and when you get them on the line they refer you back to the store that was so deficient in the first place. Noone is being held accountable. Now to be fair my first order was delivered within a couple of days of when promised. Then the lies and deception began. Really think about doing business with these guys. Unprofessional and not worthy of your business.
