The gentleman that came by Downey to leave the beds & help set them up for us, were very sweet gentleman. Did/ left everything neat. Did an amazing job! And by far the best people. Very respectful, with very good manners. I’m very thankful for them. And thank you guys for everything. Amazing beds! Very comfortable:). Thank you once again.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They bring defective products to your home and make you wait weeks before they bring a replacement. I wish I would have seen these reviews before I purchased from this company. The representatives in the store are good. But the customer service line is very disrespectful and rude. They only care about the bottom line, they could care less about customer satisfaction. Managers cannot help when problems occurs, I am not sure what their positions entail, because they allow representatives to disrespect and hang up on customers. I will not buy anything else from them. It is a shame because they have some great looking, although overpriced pieces.

Unfortunately that is not good enough already submitting all pics and emails to better business bureau about this matter .As a customer you have disrespected me ,you delivered a defected tv I have all the evidence of this This is not the end of the matter and will definitely not be paying a restocking fee for a tv that was unboxed by your delivery team I have cameras in my property and outside all on video Plus have sent pics of the defect pictures

Ordered a refrigerator, to be delivered in 2 days. Given 3 hour window, and gave 2 numbers for delivers to call and had a neighbor at my home from 11:30-2:30. They never showed up. Got an email update that homeowner wasn't home, and delivery not made. I called local office. They sent me to the distribution center. Rang 25 times once, and next call i let ring 20 times. No answer. The number to call on the email was a disconnected number. I called back, and the manager Steve basically called me a liar, while he's yelling at me. Asked him to schedule next day and call me back asap. I called back and he was at lunch. I spoke to another manager, and he said that there has been no response from the distribution center in an hour. He then gave me another number to call after I told him the number I was given was a disconnected number. I called this number, and never got to reschedule another date for the fridge. I was told she was going to escalate it to the off-line team, and would respond soon. Nothing....cancelling my order, if I can get in touch with anyone, and will use Lowe's, where I've never had an issue with multiple appliances bought over 15+ years. Conn's is the absolute worst.

Very disappointed we have our account over a year with no late payments. We would call to make our payments over the phone what the operator told us what we owed. Then our refrigerator and freezer went out. It took a week to come out and fix it I have two babies in the house with no way to keep anything cold for them. And a week after they fixed it they say I haven't been paying the full amount each month so I owed them more money. We paid what the lady on the phone told us we owed each month.. I tried to talk to someone about it I called every number I could find they was smart and said there was nothing they could do about it I asked about to get a corporate number they said con's don't have a corporate office. STAY AWAY.....

My in-store experience with Conn's was outstanding. My sales person was knowledgeable, patient, and had great people skills. My horrible experience started with the delivery team. Anyone purchasing anything from Conn's should inspect your merchandise multiple times before the delivery team leaves your home. In my case, a few days after the delivery of my white refrigerator, I discovered two scratches and some smaller ones on the door. The two long scratches had been covered up with white tape that was only noticeable by touch!!! I reported it immediately and provided pictures with white markings on the top, middle, and bottom my front door and door frame (dark wood) that matched the top, middle and bottom scratches on my refrigerator. My case was declined because Conn's was "unable to confirm any negligence or wrongdoing on the part of the delivery team". Unbelievable!!! This was my first and last time doing business with Conn's when a delivery is involved.

I bought stuff from Cars get me the wrong mattress I get it replaced had an accident at work now two days late on payment they want to come and pick it up worst people I've ever dealt with

I received their pre-approval letter in the mail for 6000 without a phone number listed and a non working website address. It looked suspect to me as fraud and after reading these reviews I thank God I didn’t purchase anything. It seems as if this Co. is preying on a particular people. File a complaint with the BBB in your area or sue. Lose my name and address I will trash any future correspondence from them. Don’t accept this nonsense from them.
